I've been using the storage facility now for over 8 years, and I've never had a problem. The staff are friendly and supportive even if circumstances prevent payment of the full bill on time. They work with you, without looking down on you, and treat people well. I would highly recommend Anchor Storage if you need some extra space to keep things you don't want to dispose of.

I have had a storage unit with Anchor Storage in Dudley for many years. The facility is very clean and well-maintained, offering round-the-clock access in a safe and secure environment. The staff are polite and always go the extra mile to accommodate requests or queries. Overall, I would give them a ten out of ten for my experience with them. I would highly recommend.

Great place. Have the unit long term for my work equipment. This place is 24hr access all year round. The staff are friendly and on hand during office hours. Secure with each unit alarmed. Feel at ease with my equipment being stored here.

I have had a small store for five years and have just upsized to 250sqft. Staff are always helpful. Parking is never an issue and three access doors means it’s never overcrowded like another store locally. 24hr access is great.

We are really happy with our decision to take up an office space at Anchor Self Storage. The cost is fair, we have parking, the reception team are friendly, the Manager-Peter is really helpful.

Nice offices in a prime location near the M4 J16 at an affordable price. Parking here is very good and secure. Management team are really friendly and always willing to help. Added advantage of a Business Centre and Self Storage units alongside each other which has proved really useful for us over the years. I would highly recommend this company.
