Very thorough survey undertaken with a quick turnaround for the report. A very good service overall, with friendly office staff and a very helpful surveyor.
We needed an asbestos refurbishment survey to be undertaken at short notice due to builders being able to start much sooner than expected, and the company was able to provide the site visit within two days of calling. The surveyor who attended was polite, friendly and professional, and was very throrough. He took the time to explain everything in great detail during the visit, and to answer any questions we had which was helpful and reassuring.
The surveyor took care in chosing sampling locations to minimise the impact of needing to get behind panelling and tiling etc, so we were very pleased with his approach. Overall, we were very happy with the quick scheduling of the site visit and receipt of report, and of how the survey itself was undertaken on the day.
Michael carried out some samples for us on a house we are buying with artex ceilings. Following the samples and providing the report the next day, he has been very reassuring and helpful answering any questions I’ve had and been completely honest and helpful rather than pushing for us to spend unnecessary money - would definitely recommend!
The guys did a fantastic job getting rid of two asbestos cement flues. Super polite and friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through other areas with potential asbestos risk and how to manage it in the future. The price was very reasonable too. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A great service - Michael looked at the two areas identified in our building survey and suggested sampling one while confirming there was no need to sample the second as it was clearly wood. Checked our loft also for anything that might have been asbestos and gave us the all clear. Very honest and felt like he was trying to save us money and worry. Results came quickly too.
