Worst experience moving. They underestimated the truck size even though we clearly stated we would have them packing and did multiple video walkthroughs. They fought on our front lawn which was a great embarrassment and we were magically charged an extra 10k because they apparently didnt do their part correctly in the estimate when agreeing to work with them. They damaged a good portion of my belongings and also have things missing like a giant tote with art supplies and Christmas decorations. They were rude and passive as soon as a different team unpacked the truck but they'll pressure you into a 5 star review before ever leaving your home with your belongings.

You booked with a broker and when we got there we noticed you had lots of more items to move that wasn’t on your original estimate. It’s seems that you guys were very satisfied on the move day and it’s surprising to see that review. The guy that starts everything is nice and charming and helpful. Then when they get your deposit , boy does the experience change. Back out of everything he told you, try every trick to charge more and more money. The attitude of the lady is atrocious , deeply unpleasant and every interaction leads to ever growing stress. Moving is stressful enough - I would advise anyone to not add to bill having to deal with this horrible rude aggressive, woman. Every tiny thing is few hundred more and will threaten to drive off if don’t pay. Horrible stressful experience all because of the woman who runs it after they get your deposit. Horrible stressful and expensive experience I will never ever repeat all because of this woman who gives the company a bad name.
