Pros:Ameriprise truly supports their advisors and advising teams with the technology, industry resources, and marketing services that lead the market. Cons:Some of the tech platforms are a little dated, but are constantly being refined.

Pros:Great for gaining experience and financial knowledge. Understanding coworkers, great teamwork and communication. Cons:Management will turn you into a people-pleaser and lower your self-esteem. An environment with no HR, and overall lacking the environment where grievances can properly be discussed.

Pros:Really supportive leadership Work life balance - team and management had my back when I had to deal with loss of my father due to blood cancer (multiple myeloma). Cons:None as of now from my perspective. Advice to Management:None as of now.. Have been blessed with incredible leadership support all through so couldn't be thankful enough.

This is the worst place to put your savings in. They don't care about your money or where they invest your money, if you lose they still charge you 2%. All you need is an account from Vanguard or Fidelity, buy ETF s and forget about them. The expense ratio on ETF s is about 0.03 % which is nothing compared to what ameriprise charges. You'll make a lot more money there than with these incompetent and greedy individuals.
