Chip, I appreciate the techs coming out and checking over the systems. I really appreciate them finding minor, could be troubles and telling me what they need. I have been a fix it guy my entire life. Ray listened to me and handled a drain issue I saw happening. He recommended filter replacement and I had them all on hand. Ever since you told Nancy we could really use the bi annual checkups, we have been running without failures. I also had a tech Gary, come in and program a Nest Learning Thermostat I installed. He did a great job. Thanks for your great team. Roger.

I have been using Americool for 13 years, ever since I bought my house and had them install a complete heat pump system. They have been wonderful to deal with, really pleasant and helpful when I have had questions, and always courteous when servicing my HVAC. I strongly recommend them! Adding an update in 4/26. Americool continues to provide me with outstanding service. They come twice every year to check the entire system and are always polite and well informed, able to answer any questions that I may have, leaving me assured that my HVAC is running at peak efficiency. I will most certainly continue my service with Americool!

Since I have multiple dual natural gas/heat pump zones, I signed up for twice a year maintenance checks (spring and fall) which keeps things running at high efficiency and prevents system failures during peak demand. They do full installs as well as routine fixes and tune ups, check for warranties to save customers money, and give good advice. They recently repaired a crawl space leaky flex duct which is an underrated cause of energy loss inefficiency. On another call, my furnace/air handler lost power with a blank thermostat. The tech figured out it was a faulty furnace door cutoff switch which was inexpensive to repair.
