Jose has been the P.M for the Solar project for my house. He communicates very well with updates prior to and during the project. He also would follow up to be sure everything is working properly. He did reach out to tech support for some troubleshooting, but made sure it was all good before he left.

Danny did a outstanding job in the reinstallation of our new solar inverter. He was aware of the electrical codes and made me aware of that. He was truly professional, he is a asset to AmericanSolar.

Danny installed my new inverter today. He showed up on time and installed it efficiently. He had an issue connecting to my wifi and is handing that piece off to the tech support. He was VERY patient as he trouble shot it with Tmobile and myself.

The technician Raleigh was very thorough and explained the solar system issues to me very clearly.
The inverter was bad.
My only disappointment is with the company, not the technician.
This inverter went bad 5years ago when it was under their warrantee,
and they replaced it with a “refurbished” unit(which I did not know at the time). A new Inverter should last 10 years or more.
Check your Warrantee.

The inverter originally came with a 10-year manufacturer warranty, and the replacement you received was issued under that coverage. Manufacturers often send refurbished units as part of their approved warranty process, and while we help facilitate the claim, we don’t have control over how they choose to honor it.

The American Solor & Roofing team did an excellent and professional job installing the solar panels, conduit, inverter and critter screens on my Tucson home! Jose made sure I was informed on scheduling. Mary Anne was superb scheduling, providing plans and securing permits/inspections from my HOA, Pinal County, and TRICO. I highly recommend America Solar and Roofing for your solar project.
Straightforward, honest. Didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. Very responsive. I visited their office before buying. I had 3 other experiences with other cos I decided not to go with. I will continue to have AS&R service my panels. Crew including Jose Leon were very friendly and helpful. Worked steadily till job was done and area clean. Painted conduit exact house color. Very happy overall

Raleigh, the technician, installed a new solar inverter. Answered and explained every question I had. Did a solar panel roof inspection and showed me pictures of possible future problems.
In addition, a super good guy!

The experience with American Solar and Roofing was fantastic from start to finish. The initial consultatiion was just that instead of a sales pitch. I had with Sean an information sharing session with someone knowledgeable in the field, not just someone who was trying to fit me in a box to collect a commission.
Jose, my PM, was phenomenal. Clear communication followed up by delivery is what you can expect out of him. There were a couple of minor issues encountered, but Jose was quick to respond and remediate each. All in all I definitely recommend this team.

Peggy and I recently had a roofing repair done by American Solar and Roofing and took the opportunity to upgrade the Solar at the same time. As with our past experience with this company, about 20 years ago, the experience was beyond our best hopes! The planning, coordination, and personnel, were professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. The roofing crew, under Ben Farr and the Solar crew, under Jose Leon, completed their task on time and on schedule, going the extra mile, with zero disruption to our day to day lives!
