I had such a positive experience with Dr. Vinesh Patel, Miss Grenta at American Smile in Chelsea. Dr. Patel is incredibly professional, kind and reassuring. He explains everything clearly, listens carefully and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Miss Grenta was equally lovely, friendly and very attentive, and made me feel very well looked after. The whole experience felt calm, organised and genuinely caring. I had such a positive experience at American Smile and would highly recommend them. Dr Caleb was absolutely brilliant. I came in with some problems with my teeth that had been worrying me, and he was extremely professional, patient and reassuring throughout. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed, and made sure I understood the treatment and my options. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he took with my teeth. I felt I was in very capable hands, and I'm really happy with the results. A special mention also has to go to Grenta at reception. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. She made arranging everything easy, answered any questions I had and always greeted me with a smile. That kind of service makes such a difference, especially when visiting the dentist can sometimes be stressful. The whole practice has a very professional but friendly atmosphere, and I felt genuinely well looked after from start to finish. Thank you Cal and Grenta for making my experience such a good one. I’ll definitely be coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend American Smile Dentists Chelsea to others!

I have been a patient at American Smile in Sloane Square for almost a year, and my experience has been exceptional. I came to the clinic with a history of poor dental work and a few missing teeth. Dr Vinesh Patel has been brilliant throughout my journey. Before starting any treatment, he explains everything in detail and uses the most advanced, state-of-the-art equipment. His communication is fantastic, and he is incredibly friendly and polite. For years, I had two missing top front teeth. Other dentists in London only recommended dentures. I tried them, but losing them constantly cost me a fortune, and I hated the routine of taking them out. Dr Vinesh offered me various tailored options and we decided on a dental bridge. The results are fantastic. The bridge is perfectly shaped to match my original teeth. I am no longer embarrassed to smile! The entire clinic is amazing, especially Grenta, who is always smiling, helpful, and provides superb communication. I cannot thank the team enough and actually look forward to my six-month check-up!
