Would highly recommend. Spoke with other realty specialists after closing, and they confirmed that the lender's work was above industry standard.

Run a mile - huge waste of time and energyRun a mile - huge waste of time and energy We attempted to do a refinance with American Financing Corp. We both had credit ratings over 800, had over $700,000 equity in our home and paid $800 for a home inspection. Every time we were close to closing they halted the procedure. Then someone left and someone new took over. We live in a townhouse and they insisted they had to get condo clearance. We had leased to buy 14 years ago and the HOA had issues with quickbooks and could not confirm that all HOA payments had been processed. We have paid our HOA for 13 years! American Financing Corp then refused to close. The whole experience was unpleasant, took hours of time and stress. Thankfully we now have financing through another company and were able to use the original home inspection but people need to be warned that this company will waste your time and energy and make ridiculous requests and then not close.

Great team!Great team! I worked with a great team at American Finance to get my mortgage. Sami help us to quickly get pre-approved and paperwork ready to be handled off to underwriting. We had a little miss communication when we were handed off to underwriting but Candice managed to get everything handle in a timely manner for us to close on time. She was very knowledgeable to our situation which was not easy. We really appreciate Sami and Candice for their professionalism and knowledge of what was best for our situation. They helped us add another piece of real estate to our family's legacy and we are grateful!
