Great experience with Ambience. We had other companies come out and tell us our A/C unit would never work again and needed to be replaced due to a host of issues. Before finalizing the purchase of an entire new system we had Ambience come out to give one last second opinion on the unit, where they identified one simple part replacement would solve our issues. They competed the job in under an hour and had the unit blowing freezing cold air before they left, saving us well over $10,000. Their technicians were very detailed, and explained the situation in its entirely as they were troubleshooting and resolving our issues. Great experience will use again for sure

Once again, ambience HVAC has delivered superior service! Guy guy, the technician assess the issue with my heat pump and was able to order the part. I’ve utilize AMBIENCE HVAC over the last 10 years a very trustworthy company. They have done installs for myself and my daughter, including three heat pumps. They have also done multiple service calls thanks to the Ernie and Chris Teves.

Excellent service! Called this morning (5/20) because our ac was blowing hot air. Got an appointment for this afternoon and we are back to cool!! Domenick was our technician and quickly determined that our capacitor was bad, had the part on his truck, changed it and was very knowledgeable (and a really nice young man)!

My furnace stopped working in the middle of the recent deep cold spell. Not surprised because the HVAC system was almost 30 years old and needed to be replaced. Ernie from Ambience came right out and provided a quote that day. By the next day I had 2 additional quotes and apples-to-apples Ambience was thousands of dollars less expensive and could install the soonest. The crew that came out were well-qualified and did an excellent job. I’ve been using Ambience for years and have recommended them to several people.

Ambience HVAC is an excellent company for your HVAC needs. Just had the HVAC tri-fecta upgrade / installation. Cal the technician noted several failures within our system (gas furnace, AC, and hot water heater). All components were 23 years old and either failing or posed serious safety risks. We decided to go with Lennox gas furnace, AC unit / compressor, Bradford White hybrid heat pump water heater, and Google Nest thermostat. Ernie the owner presented multiple options for different systems, all at competitive pricing. He also gave detailed instructions on the Energize Delaware rebate program, and that went smoothly as well, providing considerable cash back rebates for updated efficient systems. The crew knocked out the installation of all 3 systems in 2 days, even with 12" of snow / ice still on the ground after the recent snowstorm. The crew were professional, informative, and efficient with getting the job done, and Im happy with their clean install. So thanks to the Ambience crew: Dom, Jeff, Cal, and the 2 Guys! Highly recommend this business for your HVAC needs.

Had a leak on a line going to my radiators from my boiler. Had Ernie come out and he discussed with me that the air handler would have to be removed since the leak was behind it and there was really no other way to get at it without removing my fireplace stone wall or the air handler. I decided that I might as well replace the unit while it was out. The unit was from the 90's and figured that it was time for an upgrade with a more efficient unit. I wanted 1 that also had a heat pump. They got me a quote that I felt was very reasonable, and told me about rebates that were available. They came out removed the old unit and installed a new unit. The air handler was in a very tight spot to get to and had to have alot of the plenum changed to adapt. The guys did an amazing job and were very professional. They were out until 7:30 on a Friday night to finish up. I can honestly say that they went above my expectations and highly recommend them.

I had several quotes including Horizon and they were over $20,000 for my AC unit that failed. A friend of mine referred me to Ambience.. I called on a Friday afternoon for a quote and Ernie came to my house 6Pm the same evening. I was shocked by how much lower their quote was for. I never showed the other quotes . I had a top of the line AC unit put in for thousands lower than anyone else!!! Also they put the AC unit in the next day. Highly recommended!!!!!
