Super journée authentique à Imlil Nous avons passé une magnifique journée à Imlil!La prise en charge était vraiment excellente: tout était bien organisé et les guides étaient très professionnels, attentifs et sympathiques. Les randonnées étaient superbes et les paysages incroyables.Le repas dans la maison berbère était un vrai moment fort : délicieux, authentique et partagé avec un chouette groupe, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable.Le seul petit point à améliorer : les guides devraient être un peu plus précis concernant le niveau de difficulté des randonnées. La “difficile” était vraiment très compliquée et nous avons dû faire demi-tour. Une meilleure explication en amont éviterait les surprises.Mais dans l’ensemble, une très belle excursion que nous recommandons vivement

Wonderful day out! We’ve had a great day with Abdul and Mohammed who looked after us during the excursion. Starting from punctual collection to guiding us through the hike sharing local knowledge and allowing us time to take memorable pictures. Mini van was clean and very comfortable to travel in and everyone was very polite and courteous. We’ve had a lovely, freshly made tagine lunch, delicious lentils soup and fresh fruit. Enjoyed learning about the production of Argan oil and had an opportunity to purchase some products. Overall a great day! Certainly recommend it! Thank you!

Lovely hike with fab views, a chance to meet Hassan, a great guide, and enjoy food and hospitality from a local family We thoroughly enjoyed the day. Pick-up was on time and it was a lovely drive to the first stop which was to a women’s cooperative. We did a few of these on various trips on this holiday but this was our preferred visit. A cosy but a good setup. Then on to Imlil where we met Hassan, our guide for the walk. Hassan was a local and he was great. Very informative, friendly and nice to see how well he interacted with the families we met during the walk. The hike involved an initial steep climb, which involved a bit of scrambling, and then the gradient levelled off. Fabulous views throughout, well worth the climb. Hassan was mindful of all levels of fitness and ensured all in the group were comfortable throughout the hike. The local family which hosted our lunch were lovely. Very friendly and welcoming. Clean facilities and the food was delicious; soup, tagine and bread. Then onto the Waterfall which was a nice walk after lunch, and then back for our return journey.

Abdul - a fantastic guide for the Atlas Mountains We had a fantastic experience with our guide, Abdul. He brought us from Imlil to Armed, and the journey was unforgettable—filled with breathtaking views of Mount Toubkal and the surrounding valleys.Abdul’s knowledge of the region is exceptional. He shared stories about the villages, the people, and local customs in a way that made the landscape come alive. His insights helped us appreciate not just the beauty of the area, but also its culture and history.On top of that, Abdul was kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire trip. We always felt well looked after and genuinely welcomed. The lunch with the family in the village was amazing too.I can’t recommend Abdul highly enough for anyone looking to explore the Atlas Mountains with someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly passionate about his home. A wonderful guide and an unforgettable experience!

Caminhada imperdível!! Recomendo esta experiência, desde o transporte, ao petisco a meio da manhã na cooperativa, o almoço na aldeia. Muito bom. Sem dúvida o ponto alto foi a caminhada pela montanha. O guia Hassan foi incrível, como é local, deu muitas informações e soube responder a todas as perguntas do grupo. 5 estrelas!

Did not happen. Do not book. This tour did not happen. We were not told a pick up location in advance and we're not able to make it. After sending several messages through TripAdvisor and calling the listed number via Whatsapp, we still had not heard anything until 1 minute before the scheduled start time. At this time we got a WhatsApp message from a random number that did not match the listed number on the reservation - not only were we wary of this as a potential scam, but we would not have even had time to make it to the pick up location. We also were working off only wifi as service and didn't receive the last minute communications as we had expected to know this much before 1 minute before the scheduled time. We are working on getting a refund but are not hopeful based on the awful reviews tripadvisor and viator has for this type of situation. If you want to do something like this, you're better off finding a business in Marrakech and working directly with them.

Beautiful walk in the Atlas Mountains Beautiful walk in the Atlas Mountains. The program: typical small villages, snow-capped mountains (in November) and a waterfall. There are two hiking options: the easy and the hardest. I did the simple one that includes a little zig-zag climb. Perfect for people who walk slowly or those like me who take a thousand photos.Hearty and delicious meal served with the famous mint tea.I wish our guide had told us more about life in these mountains.Negative point that made me a little chafouin: the 45 min wait in the morning to be picked up. A cruel lack of punctuality!

A Must-Do Day Trip from Marrakech This day trip was absolutely incredible and easily the highlight of my time in Morocco. Lovely Mountain Trek! I really recommend this trip! As an experienced hiker, I was worried that this trek wouldn’t be challenging enough for me. VIEWS WORTHY OF A KING I booked this experience several days in advance and it turned out to be one of the best days of my trip. They picked me up at a school near my hostel and once we got to Imlil, our guide showed us the path to climb to the closest views to the snowy peak.He always made sure no one was left behind.The way of life and being of the locals, calm and hardworking, reminded me of my Galician land.Thank you Abdul & Mohammed for your kindness 🫖☕️😊😃

Atlas mountains "We began our journey from Marrakech, my husband and I, and made our way to the breathtaking Atlas Mountains. There, we met our guide, Abderrahim—who speaks both English and French and is a local resident of the Atlas. He stayed with us throughout the entire tour, making the experience even more special.We enjoyed a lovely lunch in the mountains, then continued down to visit the waterfall, which was truly beautiful. After that, we descended to the starting point in Imlil, where our car was waiting to take us back to Marrakech.This tour is an unforgettable experience and definitely worth trying if you ever visit Morocco."

Polecam - Warto Bardzo fajna 1-dniowa wycieczka do miasteczek położonych w górach Atlas. Przewodnik fantastyczny, mieszkaniec wioski - bardzo duża wiedza i chęć podzielania się historią sprawiło, że mega dobrze się słuchało podczas wyprawy. Niesamowite widoki, lunch z widokiem na góry. Najlepszy tagine jaki jadłem. Mega polecam ;)

Wonderful experiance! I highly recommend the trip through the mountain valleys with Abderriham – he told us many interesting stories about the region, took great care of us the entire way, and adjusted his pace to suit everyone. The place itself is very picturesque, with stunning views and a waterfall, allowing you to truly experience the nature of the Atlas Mountains. The walk isn't crowded, which is a big plus. And the best part is lunch in Berber village - it was the best Tajine in entire Morocco. The journey there was also very pleasant – Omar is a very good driver, and we had wonderful mountain views along the way.
