While the location and overall concept of the hotel are appealing, the service did not meet expectations during my stay. The coffee machine in the room did not work, check-in was noticeably slow, and making a restaurant reservation on property was unnecessarily complicated. For a hotel positioned at this level, service should be seamless and intuitive. There is room for improvement in execution and in ensuring that basic guest needs are handled efficiently and with ease.
