I use Amayesing Graze catering a couple times each year when I’m in Michigan. The platters are top notch and the customer service is awesome. You will never have a problem with this catering company. I wish I could find a catering company this good in Sarasota, FL when I’m there each year.
I have nothing but positive things to say about the board I received. It was beautifully presented, featuring high-quality items with a great variety of flavors. I highly recommend Amayesing Graze to anyone in the Lansing area looking for a charcuterie board. As a small business, they offer excellent customer service and quick response times. It was the perfect addition to my family’s holiday spread.
Our medium charcuterie tray was absolutely amazing. Our guests burned their way through it enjoying the textures and flavors of the various meats, cheeses and fruits with a tiny bit of chocolate. The perfect addition to our New Year’s Eve. Absolutely everything was fresh and delicious.

This company made a beautiful charcuterie tray for my dad‘s funeral service luncheon. It had so many choices on there and it was just gorgeous how it was displayed. I would order one again in a heartbeat. Also, she made a few delicious vegetarian luncheon boxes and the recipients were thrilled!!
