The Perfect Family Escape – Space, Calm & Togetherness Our family of six — two parents and four grown-up children — had the most wonderful stay at Amari Villa. It’s rare to find a place where everyone can enjoy time together and have their own space, but this villa delivered it beautifully. The pool quickly became our favourite gathering spot, and we loved our walks down to Spartia Beach. Evenings at the local tavernas — and morning coffees at the village coffee bar — made our stay feel genuinely connected to the island. With a hire car, exploring Kefalonia was easy, yet we always looked forward to returning to the peace and comfort of the villa. Spacious, immaculate, and perfectly located, Amari Villa brought us closer as a family. We highly recommend this villa — a truly special place we can’t wait to return to.

A Perfect Family Holiday in Spartia – Our Third Visit and Still Magical We have just left 😭 Honestly we have had the most amazing time at your beautiful Villa, the view will stay with us forever. The children have loved the pool, and Spartia is a very special place to us, our third visit did not disappoint. We would thoroughly recommend the fishing tour with Michalis and Antonia, I think that was the best meal I have ever eaten. We were lucky enough to swim with a turtle again on the beack this year and the boys loved seeing their friends at the Waterway restaurant who they met two years ago. The Villa offered everything and more that we could wish for and the sunbeds were very comfortable . William was on call for everything we needed. Thank you both

A beautiful villa with great views, comfy beds and everything you need for a wonderful stay. We were a multi generational family of 10 and it worked really for us. The swimming pool is super clean as is the villa. Very responsive hosts dealing with queries when they arose. A great location for local amenities, small shops and restaurants. A short walk to the beach - though the hill is a little steep. Would highly recommend.

5 stars – an unforgettable stay! We stayed at Amari Villa in Sept 2024 and were blown away. The pool and sea views are breathtaking – we wanted to dive in the moment we arrived! The villa is spacious, beautifully laid out, and the villa guide we received was incredibly helpful, packed with tips on what to do, eat and explore. We loved Saint Thomas beach, local tavernas, a fishing trip, and seeing turtles in Argostoli. A real treat was hiring a private chef for some of our BBQ nights – amazing! The owners were friendly, helpful, and made everything seamless from booking to returning home. We’ll definitely be back!

Stunning villa with incredible views. We have such a lovely stay at Amari villa.It has the wow factor when you arrive.The views are breathtaking and can be enjoyed from the many balconies. We were a family group and enjoyed the lovely pool and surroundings. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen and then eating in the beautiful outdoor eating area . The villa was spacious and very comfortable. The owners were very helpful. There is a lovely taverna close by that you can walk to. We also walked to the beach but you do need a car to explore Kefalonia. I would highly recommend this stunning villa.

Relaxing Holiday at a lovely Villa We have been travelling to Spartia, Kefalonia since around 2006 prior to having a family, we have stayed in many villas over the years there and as our family grew we needed accommodation with more space, especially as they get older! This was our first visit to Villa Amari and we had an amazing 10 days. My communication with Dina from booking to arrival/departure was seamless and the villa was very welcoming. Beautiful views which I enjoyed watching the sunset each night. The children enjoyed the pool and the fact they had a bathroom each! The kitchen was well equipped with what you need, and there is a BBQ area outside. There is also great restaurants in the village where you are always made to feel so welcome and I can never manage a dessert after the mains! We look forward to returning to Villa Amari

An excellent villa! Well maintained . A huge pool. Enough space for the whole family. Only the beds were a little bit small. There are a lot of things to do in the surrounding of the villa. A place to come back!

It is perfectly located for a beach holiday & exploring the island & the owners could not have been more helpful with answering any questions we had & providing lots of recommendations for places to go. Perfect Family Getaway at Amari Villa in Kefalonia! Wow, we just had the most incredible family holiday at Amari Villa in Kefalonia! Let me tell you, it exceeded all our expectations! The villa is even more stunning than the pictures capture, with its incredible setting, sheer space, and tranquillity. It was just what we needed for total relaxation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the villa's spaciousness and breathtaking views from every room. The five spacious bedrooms were pure luxury, and the pool was beyond special, overlooking those awe-inspiring views. We spent most of our time soaking up the sun, playing, and relaxing around the pool. But the best part was the barbeque area! We enjoyed many mouthwatering grilled meals while surrounded by the enchanting atmosphere of the Ionian Island. And here's the best part - the beach was just a short stroll away! We couldn't resist diving into the crystal-clear waters and sinking our toes into the sandy shores. The village centre is just a short walk away, too, with a taverna, two bars/coffee shops, and two minimarkets literally on your doorstep. Plus, everyone we met was so friendly and helpful, which just made our holiday even better. The villa was flawlessly maintained and spotlessly clean, making our stay even more delightful. And with its proximity to Kefalonia airport and the capital Argostoli, it's the ideal base for everyone. We can't recommend Amari Villa enough for anyone seeking a luxurious holiday retreat in Kefalonia. It's a true gem, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable holiday experience!

Thank you so much Dina and Harshad for being so understanding over our concerns for travel this year and allowing us to postpone until 2022. Can’t wait for our visit to Amari Villa. What a wonderful holiday we all had. The Villa had absolutely everything we needed, the kitchen was extremely well equipped , the beds were very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The pool was lovely, hard to get the grandchildren out of it. Plenty of room in the garden for the children to play. The views from the balconies was very special. Spartia is such a lovely village, two little shops were very well stocked, the restaurant was quite a surprise, excellent menu with beautifully presented food , wish we could visit again. The beach is lovely, we enjoyed sitting on the wall in the evening and just watching the sun set. The flowers everywhere were stunning, the colours were beautiful. Kefalonia and Amari Villa was the perfect place for our family holiday after such a difficult couple of years. Dina and Fotini could not have been more helpful. Thank you both so much for making our holiday perfect.

Perfect for us with most stunning views This Kefalonia Holiday Villa was absolutely beautiful with the most serene, stunning views you could wish for. It was perfect for us as a group of 6 friends (3 couples) who love hanging out together around the pool but also have our own space. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. The villa is so spacious with understated luxury. The owners were great from the start, always so quick to respond to questions and the recommendations. They arranged car hire for us, a personal chef for a day. They gave us recommendations for local restaurants which were spot on. We tried many of them and they were all great. We also booked a boat for the day through their recommendation at a very reasonable price. The location was great, you can walk to the local beaches and restaurants. I wish we could have stayed longer to see more of this beautiful island but I guess that’s an excuse for a return visit and I would totally stay at Amari Villa again, no questions asked. Efcharistó poli for a fantastic holiday!

It is a truly beautiful villa nestling on a hill amongst olive groves with the most spectacular views of the Ionian Sea across to Zakynthos . It's a 10 minute walk across the olive groves up into the delightful village of Spartia. In the village there are 2 general stores (small but have everything you may need), 2 coffee shops/bars (Cubic was our favourite) and a lovely friendly restaurant (Cavos Liakis) all located around a small village square. The local beach is walkable and there are a couple more restaurants/bars very close to the beach. We chose to drive about 3 km to a beautifully secluded and deserted beach (Paliolinos). The villa itself is perfect. It is modern, it is light, it is exceptionally well equipped, the pool and gardens are beautiful and well maintained.I mostly dealt with Dina (one of the owners), she too was utterly amazing. She could not have been more helpful. She answered all my enquiries very quickly and very helpfully. In fact I came to think of her more as a friend than as the villa's owner.I cannot recommend this villa/home more highly. I shall definitely be returning. Our experience was "just what the doctor ordered!"...pure relaxation.

Perfect and a whole lot more!This villa really is perfect, you don't want for anything at all during your stay. The villa is superbly equipped with really comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture with uniterrrupted beautiful views all around the property.You can just sit out on the Balconies or by the the pool without getting tired of those wonderful views.It is quiet, peaceful and so relaxing, whilst being close to the capital of Kefalonia and some beautiful beaches. The local taverna and mini-market make you feel so at home.If you don't believe us, try for yourselves, we are booking again for Next Year. A little peace of paradise, which for two weeks of the year we can call our home!

Amazing Stay at this Luxury Family Villa with a view We stayed at Amari Villa in July 2019. The location of Amari Villa is perfect to explore this unspoilt island but also to indulge in the fantastic views whilst listening to the chatter of birds and distant church bells. The Villa has everything we need and more. The place is immaculate and luxurious. The views are stunning. It's very peaceful but close to the beach, restaurants and many other little towns. A little piece of heaven. The welcome basket is brilliant and was much appreciated. On our arrival we were greet greeted my Fotini and she explained everything about the villa and all directions and information provided were very informative and easy to follow. Nothing has been missed in this villa. The pictures don't do it justice. The locals were all very friendly. The restaurants were excellent. The beaches were just fabulous. We said we would always return to this villa and we have just booked again for this year. Can't wait... J
