I needed to find something before Christmas, so I contacted David. The search commenced on 24th November, multiple recommendations were made based on my search criteria. Both Tayne and David attended viewings with me and as of yesterday (8th December), my offer on a property was accepted! They negotiated on my behalf, along with reviewing the offer and acceptance (to confirm there was no nasties hidden in the contract) prior to sending it to me to sign and have also organised the pest and termite inspection, Their communication has been first class, they are both extremely professional and knowledgeable, whilst remaining warm and friendly, they made everything so easy and simple for me. Securing a property for me in this market prior to Christmas!! Their fee is nominal compared to the overall savings I’ve made as a subsequence of using them. I will definitely be using them again in 2026 for my next purchase and I suggest anyone sitting on the fence about using a buyer’s agent should definitely consider contacting David or Tayne…..

We engaged David and his team to help us purchase an investment property in Perth. Based in North Queensland we had no opportunity to view properties and we had strict requirements to maintain my husband’s Defence Force entitlements when we eventually relocate to Perth. From our first call, David took the time to understand our situation and offered insightful suggestions on areas and property types we hadn’t considered. His knowledge of Perth — including outer suburbs — and his honest feedback on each location were invaluable. Before working with David, we’d made several unsuccessful offers and struggled to understand the Perth market.
