Veronica up front is incredibly helpful and amazing! She was able to answer a bunch of my questions via social media (and outside of office hours). She’s also offered to watch my son if he gets fussy while I’m being treated during both my RMT and chiro appts. I love that they encourage parents to come in even if they’ve got their babies with them for their treatments. I’ve seen Dr Devin for Chiro now a few times (newly postpartum) and she’s treated my son too and she’s helped the both of us big time! Thank you all for being such amazing human beings!

Hillary is amazing! I have seen her for years for prenatal as well as just every day massage. She always meets you where you are whether you are looking to relax (or fall asleep) or is super friendly if you like to chat. She is very knowledgeable and isn't afraid to get in deep, which I love!

I came to Altavie near the end of my pregnancy for a massage and it was THE BEST experience ever. It was really comfortable and relaxing and I left feeling great. Then, I brought my newborn to see Dr. Devin for chiropractic care when she was about 3 weeks old and THAT has been fab also. We’ve been coming regularly for the past month. Dr. Devin is such a natural at what she does and makes both baby and family feel really comfortable. I can’t recommend Altavie MORE.

Because our Registered Massage Therapists reserve this time just for you, and have limited ability to fill last-minute openings, we do have a late cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness to both our practitioners and other patients who may be waiting for appointments. This information is very clearly detailed in the - 2 day prior email, 24 hour text message as well as the 2 hour prior to appt text message to all patients.

We understand cancellations happen, and we always try to be as understanding as possible and also look for options at rescheduling. If you’d like to discuss your situation further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at to office@altaviehealth.com with the best way you prefer to communicate.

Sarah is an amazing masseuse. Both myself and daughter had an appointment with her. She is professional and welcoming! (And had great Indie music on). Beautiful office and welcoming staff! The downfall is the walls are paper thin so you will be able to hear people's conversations in the halls and at the desk. Thanks Sarah! You made the environment comfortable and relaxing!
