Thank you to the staff and management for treating me kindly and arranging the cardiac MRI quickly.
Unfortunately, i feel very sad by how I was treated by Dr. Markus Zimmerman. I came to the appointment in a lot of physical pain and travelled more than 650 km, including hotel costs and an exhausting journey, because I truly hoped to finally get answers and proper help for my condition.
During the MRI review, I raised concerns about visible abnormalities, including scar tissue, a ventricular aneurysm, and a ventricular septal rupture, and I also showed previous echocardiography findings showing those abnormalities. Instead of confirming the findings he lied to me and said everything is normal, with a stone cold black heart, i dont know how u look at urself in the mirror Dr Zimmerman, you dont belong in such a nice clinic your a terrible human being but the other clinic staff were very polite and kind.
This experience affected me deeply, especially after everything it took physically and emotionally.
I want to clarify that I still want to pay for the MRI examination. I only ask for an honest, careful, and professional interpretation of the study and findings.
Die Klinik ist sehr gut eingerichtet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Alle behandelnden Ärzte sowie Assistenten/innen machten einen sehr kompetenten Eindruck und konnten die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung sehr gut vermitteln. Die Biopsie lief völlig schmerzlos ab, auch das Ganzkörper-MRT war problemlos.
Ich kann die Klinik als ausgezeichnete Fachklinik nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Nachdem bei meinem Vater ein sehr hoher PSA-Wert festgestellt wurde, haben wir uns an die Alta Klinik gewandt – und könnten dankbarer nicht sein.
Von Anfang an wurden wir herausragend umsorgt. Das gesamte Team war äußerst professionell, empathisch und hat umgehend alle notwendigen Behandlungsschritte in die Wege geleitet. Man hat sich jederzeit gut aufgehoben und ernst genommen gefühlt.
Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Adelina Lumiani. Sie hat sich um meinen Vater gekümmert, als wäre es ihr eigener gewesen – mit unglaublich viel Herz, Fürsorge und Engagement. Solch menschliche und zugleich professionelle Betreuung ist alles andere als selbstverständlich.
