We would like to say thank you very much for your delivery of 5 border blend topsoil bags. The delivery was quick and the position the driver left them in was just what we asked.
The quantity of soil filled our new border perfectly after using your online calculator. The plants are enjoying all the nutrients and space they now have. We are very happy!

Ordered 2 bags of mushroom compost and 2 bags of premium top soil. When I ordered I have detailed instructions on how to get to the property as it is not yet on Google maps etc. Also left a list of dates for them to deliver so I could be home in case of any issue. Received an e mail with delivery on one of the days I had specified which was a good start. Driver phoned at the end of the road just to confirm he was in the right place before driving down.
Really helpful and dropped the bags exactly where I asked.
Really impressed with the topsoil. Especially considering the "topsoil" that was put down by the original home builder has the consistency of builders rubble. Alsoils topsoil is awesome. The mushroom compost is what it is. Very happy with both and the delivery driver was awesome too.

Really disappointing ! I Cannot fault the quality of the soil, however I used the online calculator and ordered 2 bags the calculator actually said more, which I thought would be really excessive. I did order online and explained it needed to be delivered around he back over the wall and wanted confirmation that would be ok as I did not want them to have a wasted journey. There was no response to this so I called and chased up which was fine, the driver came and managed to bring the van round to deliver with the arm, once he had sent one bag over I could see there was going to way too much sold so I asked he not to deliver that one and that I would call reference a refund for the excess sold.
I emailed to thank them and request a refund for the full bag that was not required to be told, that the solid had been returned as a gesture of goodwill and that it took up space and they could not deliver to other people the van was completely empty apart from my two bags and there would be no refund of £60.50 inc vat (I would have no objection to a small Shipment/admin fee if they felt it necessary ) but to refuse to refund any of it, is completely unacceptable rubbish.
Ordered on a Wednesday but not heard of any delivery so tried ringing but went to voicemail. Had an email they sent at 1730 but I didn't see until 2100 saying delivery was AM following day. Took the day off as holiday but no show by midday. tried calling and again voicemail for me to ask when delivery would be. I had a message at 1200 saying delivery was in my area so should be there now. Arrived at 1400 and driver said he would leave it on pavement. I asked for the hand manoeuvred pump truck as mentioned only to be told he didn't have one and delivery was only kerbside. I cannot see this on their site. I am an OAP with a crushed spine and now have to buy a wheelbarrow to try and move soil off the pavement. I noticed nearly all their google reviews are years out of date. Wished I had used someone else.
