The service at Al's is outstanding. I never had an empty glass in front of me without another on the way. When the food came, everything tasted great. We got sliders and these large tater tots, you've got to try these things. When the hot wings got to the table...... extra crispy and extra wet. Probably the best wings I've ever had. I believe it was a jukebox playing the music and was primarily country while i was there. I had a great time and will be back. I highly recommend Al's
The service here was good, the lady that served us was very knowledgeable about the food and helped us first timers finalize our order. Tried the fried pickles and....will never order them again. After trying 4 or 5 chips could not bring myself to eat anymore, they were 'almost' crispy on the outside but the inside was a slurry of pickle gel. Very disappointing because I like fried pickles. The wings were fried then tossed in a mild sauce. They were ok but I had to work way to hard to get them off the bone. They were server extremely hot and with ranch dressing helped the lack of flavorni was expecting from the look of the wings. The waffle fries were thick and seasoned well. Pricing for the basket wings and fries was reasonable just not there from a quality tasting meal for me. The fish and chips was ok. Where the fishes lacked seasoning to stand on its own the crispness and tartar sauce provided good cover.
The 716 in is the 816! Buffalo in Parkville! Al's wings are TOPS and just like back home in Buffalo. You won't find any as good as Al's. The food, the people, and the atmosphere are amazing! Al's from my old neighborhood in Buffalo and does the home town proud! The spirit of Buffalo lives in Parkville!
