I was a new patient today at this dental practice. The dental hygienist was very careful, warm, intelligent, and very thorough. I was very impressed with how experienced she was and she left my teeth nice and clean. I also liked the dentist who came in to check my teeth in the end of the appointment. He was knowledgeable and conservative in his approach, which is exactly what I look for in a dentist. I look forward to going back for my six month check up.

Started my consultation last week with Dr. Shuster, she is very patient and I was having good dental experiences so far. It was a good start last week. I am starting my crown treatment today and really looking forward to get the treatments from this clinic. I will keep updating the progress. Update on 12/01: The teeth prep work was done smoothly for final crown placements in about 2 weeks. I was having mild sensitivities during the first three days after the prep work treatment. For the past two days, it had been minimal sensitivities. I will need to talk to Dr. Shuster tomorrow to find out if root canal is necessary. Update on 12/10: I have my 2 permanent crowns cemented today. So far so good, the bite is good with just few really minor adjustments. I will find out more after the numb medicine wears off. For this treatment, the digital 3D scanning impressions (I requested) were taken instead of using traditional dental mold impressions. With digital scans, it turned out that the results are pretty good, I am impressed.

I drive very far to come here because they are simply the best team. Ever since I started coming here in 2019 I have been treated with care and consideration. The team is always encouraging me, helped me quit smoking and has been the only dental office who has succeeded in getting me to floss daily. I initially only wanted them for a good price on Invisalign but all of their dental services has been top notch so I will continue to go here! My smile has completely transformed from their care. I would give the dentist herself a higher rating but the dental hygienist and my experience with her as a new patient was awful. Her name was Taniya. She was unfriendly, unpleasant and just rude. She seemed angry that I couldn’t hear her directions when she was turned away from me, wearing a mask and with machines running next to my ear. I typically go to a different practice in the area, but lost my insurance. If you go here, the dentist was wonderful. Just request a different hygienist.
