I would highly recommend Alpha&Omega Electric. Honest father/son family business. Quick response time and they offer emergency services also. Rob was extremely friendly courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to diagnose and repair the issue and made sure everything was safe and up and running in a timely fashion. They won't overcharge or try to sell you something you don't need and it's breath of fresh air to have a good honest contractor doing the right thing by the customer. Wonderful experience! I was in a hurry to get a fairly large job done. I got a quick appointment and both Rob Sr. and Rob Jr. were prompt and professional. They really knew their stuff and completed the whole job timely. They found a dangerous condition with my pool which I was unaware of. So glad they noticed that! They came back the next day to complete that as well and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

I blew an outlet in my kitchen, of course it was the one that powered my fridge. It was later in the day but on a flyer I called Alpha and Omega, spoke with Rob who came quickly, and stayed for 2 hrs even though I’m sure his long day was over. Diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be more in depth then I thought. He told me he’d be back the next morning with his son to complete the job. As promised promptly at 9:30 he was back with his son and they got to work. He explained the entire process step by step and did an outstanding job. Rob and his son are hardworking, friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. I will only work with Alpha and Omega from this point. Can’t recommend enough.

Have an issue at home with severe power surge. Called alpha and set up appointment quickly. Rob the son arrived and went over everything with me checking breaker box, A/C, microwave etc. Minutes later Rob the father showed up and continues inspection with his son and confirms that situation is not in my home it has to do with Power company on the outside. Rob gets on phone and calls PSEG for me and sets up next day appointment. What I am getting at is that Alpha quickly solved my problem and they're honesty and professionalism is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for making me and my family feel safe for doing the thorough inspection. Will definitely be using them for any future issues or upgrades of any sorts to my home.

This company is awesome! My service call we scheduled with a personal touch. The owner spoke to me directly to learn about my needs, invited me to send photos, then propose a solution right away. On the date of service, they arrived on time, were courteous and professional, had everything they needed on the truck and finished the job efficiently and affordably.
