Excellent customer service. Very friendly and courteous. I was looking for a part for an old Weber grill and saw that most places had this part out of stock. Called Alltown and they had it in stock. They worked with me on line to help me place the order and we received it in 2 days. Would recommend this store.

My grill needed a manifold assembly and Weber is out of stock until the end of August. I googled who has one in stock and Alltown came up. But I’m in Pittsburgh Pa and they’re in MA. I called. They had it. They shipped it that day!

The 1 place I found out of the dozens I called today (a Sunday) who really fills propane tanks. The gentleman was extremely friendly, helpful and gave me some great suggestions for grilling accessories as well... he also took the time to explain to me if on the drive home I heard noise from the tank what it was and to not worry. Also put the tank in my car for me. This will be my go to now!

Went to get help with my Weber Q1000. They gave me good advice and very friendly help I got a new replacement regulator after our discussion of my issues. After I reassembled the grill it worked like new. Always appreciate my "buy local" shop. Glad ur around Thanks

Outstanding service… I was looking for a hard to find part for my 2002 Weber Genesis Gold C, Alltown took the time to ensure I was getting the correct part for my grill since it was only produced 2 years I believe and it’s 23 years old. They got the correct part for a great price and shipped it a few hundred miles very quickly. AAA+++ service. I can’t thank them enough for the great customer support and service. I was in need of services from an authorized Weber dealer to make repairs under my grill’s warranty. Weber had Alltown Gas contact me. The proprietor Lu reached out and we met at my home. Lu is a very experienced knowledgeable and likable person. He did an amazing job reconstructing my grill and making it like new again. He also went out of his way to mail me a couple screws that the grill needed that Weber did not supply. I highly recommend Alltown Gas for your grill needs.
