I thought the lock on my Anderson door was broken because I couldn’t get it to work and when I called for help, he helped me fix it myself over the phone, no charge. If you happen to have Anderson doors, this guy knows his stuff.
Disappointed. Made promises. Did not follow through. Never even bothered to return my calls. Call the other guys...
