Wow wow wow wow!! We were so happy with our experience with Jacob and the whole team At all over fence. My neighbor had there fence done by them and we loved the way it turned out so we had them come do ours shortly after! Jacob came and gave us a quote, which was a lot more affordable then I thought. He was so responsive to all of my questions. Gave me a timeline and stuck to it! They came out in one day and got us all taken care of. The fence looks sooooooo good and we're so happy with the end result. Thank you Jacob for your hard work getting this done for us!

We reached out and got a quote over the phone. Juan then came ( late, and never apologized for being late) and measured and told us it would be $2700. He said he would email us the quote. I had to reach out to him to ask for the quote to be emailed. Once he finally sent it, it was $300 more than he quoted us in person. When I asked why it was more $$ he never responded. I asked twice for an explanation and no answer.
We reached out to this company because of the high reviews, but I am disappointed. Juan seemed very knowledgeable, but I felt like he spoke down to me and did not have the customer service I was expecting from this company.
We ended up going with Utah Fence Warehouse and they were amazing to work with!
Thank goodness for our CRM system that records and saves all conversations with team members and potential clients if I could post screenshots I would put them on this response.
After further investigation of this matter. This is what actually happened…
Our team member quoted you $2700 over the phone for the 60’ YOU told him. Once on site to measure, there was more footage than you had stated, increasing the price by $300. This increase was broken down by line item on the quote. Also there was an email sent to you where our team member informed you his last appointment took longer than expected, he gave you a 20 minute ETA.
Note that your husband Judd reached out to us last year for the exact same estimate you requested which is still in our system. Our team member spent well over an hour on that estimate measuring, answering every question, and talking about the whole process. After all that we followed up sometime later, but were completely ghosted for the rest of the year...
Every question you asked was answered. Every change to the original quote was made accordingly and broken down on the quote. Our team member informed you he was going to be a bit late because another quote took longer than expected. If after all that you feel like we deserve one star. Then we will GLADLY take this review and put it where it belongs: an opinion from someone we did NOT do business with yet has the time to discredit the time and hard work it took our company employee to try to work with you.
Interesting how every 1 star review we have is from people that DIDN'T utilize our services.
