I had a fantastic experience with Alliance Moving & Storage on Saturday, Nov 22 for my move! The team was incredibly professional, efficient, and treated all of my belongings with great care. They arrived on time, worked seamlessly together, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Nothing was damaged, and they handled even my complex armoire (taking apart and putting together again). I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch movers!

My experience with this moving company has been unacceptable and deserves attention. During my move, several pieces of furniture were visibly damaged and were inspected & acknowledged by their inspector who assured me that the issue would be handled "quickly" That was over a month ago and I am still waiting on a resolution. Every time I reach out, I'm told the matter has been 'escalated to a supervisor', yet no one follows up or takes any action. It feels like an endless loop of empty promises and deflection. It's clear this company does lacks accountability and has no meaningful for resolving legitimate customer claims. The lack of professionalism and communication is astounding - especially after trusting them with valuable belongings. If you value your furniture, your time and you peace of mind, look elsewhere. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think twice before hiring them.

This moving company was excellent! Three guys showed up right on time and had everything moved in just about 2 hours. They were fast, efficient, and super careful with all of my furniture. The price was exactly what was quoted. On top of that, they were really friendly and easy to work with. I’d absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a smooth, stress-free move!

I would highly recommend Alliance Moving & Storage! I was moving out of a leased apt to a condo, that wasn’t going to be ready for 6+ weeks! Obviously, I was in a pickle and started searching online for climate controlled storage places and came across Alliance, that also were movers as well! Not only did they store my furniture and belongings, they also moved me out of my apt and into my new condo. I called and Emily was very informative & helpful. I actually visited the Rolling Meadows location, and Raj (the owner) gave me a quick tour and explained how the movers wrap & crate my belongings. There is a minimal monthly storage fee, according to the number of crates you have. When ready to move into your new location, Alliance takes your things out of their storage crates and delivers them to your new location! The best part, nothing was damaged or broken! VERY securely bundled and wrapped! Emily, Tiffany, Mike and Raj were the best! Answered all my questions and concerns. Don’t hesitate to try Alliance, if you need storage and moving services! You won’t be disappointed!

Harry and Mario are extremely unprofessional. Mario's crew broke my tv, dresser and dragged my couch. They refuse to take accountability. It is so sickening how hard i worked for my things and they just blew me off. Please dont use this company!!! They are careless

Their communication, flexibility, reliability, professionalism, reasonable pricing, and commitment to customer satisfaction is unsurpassed. Carlos and the team were amazing as usual. Punctual, friendly, extremely hardworking, efficient, careful, and all around fantastic. They made sure my furniture was wrapped and protected extremely well. Alliance was amazing! I just moved a mattress and adjustable base from Evanston, IL to Old Westbury, NY and was quoted a fraction of what bigger companies quoted me. The price stayed the same throughout the process. The customer service was great beyond them changing the date one day earlier. They came at the time they were assigned with four movers and were out within 30 minutes. They also delivered on time and were communicative with me during the drive about when it would be delivered. Fabulous experience.

Alliance Movers handled our relocation from St. Charles to Bartlett, Illinois. Their service was outstanding. After using several movers during our move to Virginia and the move back, Alliance Movers truly stands out. They earned a full five stars. The crew arrived punctually and ready to work. They were very efficient, avoiding the delays seen with other companies. Our belongings arrived in the same condition as when they were packed. This is critical. Damage costs money. The cost of their service was very reasonable. The team was courteous. They made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We highly recommend this company. We were extremely pleased with their service. We initially selected them because they are better business bureau certified and we wanted to be confident in our choice. We requested their help the same week, and three days later we had a great crew of 4 led by Carlos, that were incredibly hardworking for a full ten hour day. They were reasonably priced, professional, and very efficient. No issues the entire day and they moved very heavy furniture, I would definitely use them again!
