After we had our new carpet fitted our joiner had a little mishap and burnt the carpet. It was very noticeable and carpet was only a day old. We contacted the carpet shop and were up against a situation of having to replace the carpet. Luckily a bit of research brought us across the method of cookie cutter repair. Then we found James. He came out within a few days and honestly it looks like it never happened! He used a piece of off-cut we had and you can’t tell it’s been replaced. Absolutely over the moon and it saved us replacing a full room carpet. Thanks so much!

Contacted alliance about cleaning stair and bedroom carpets,really brilliant at finding a time to fit for me,Luke came a little earlier than expected ,which for me was really good,he explained exactly what he was going to do ,and proceeded to get on with the job ,40 mins later or so it was all completed and he did an amazing job ,carpets are lovely and clean and they smell lovely and fresh .I would recommend them 100%, Thanks Luke and alliance carpet cleaning .

What a fantastic company to deal with, they were very professional from first contact, providing me with a quote for the job in no time at all and I didn’t have to wait long for the job to be done. They kept me fully informed of the process at all times by text. Jack who actually arrived to do the job was also very professional, courteous and very knowledgable about the products they use. Had the carpets cleaned when moving into a new house. The service was brilliant from the lad and the carpets look better than I thought possible, they also smell beautiful. The lad explained everything well and left me reassured dirt/germs were cleansed. I would recommend them more.
