We recently had AGC out to clean the windows at our house, which are cleaned regularly, professionally by an alternative business. This was our first time with these guys. I don't want to complain, and wish to give credit where it is due, but part of the reason we chose them was the positive reviews and satisfaction guarantee. This review intends to help others make an informed decision. Less than 2 days before the December booking, they advised a price increase. This ended up being 18%. This left no time to rebook with another business in this busy period. This was the first red flag, but with zero options, we proceeded. Here's what we found: -They were quick -They were accommodating to the fact that moving furniture away from windows creates more clutter in walkways etc. -They don't walk around and check afterwards. I was told "we're done", then once a dirty window was identified, "we're not done yet". -They missed some windows (they were 'cleaned', but only after they said they were finished). -When asked about tracks and runners prior to starting, they said they do them but they don't guarantee a good clean. This actually means they don't touch them. I cleaned more with my finger than they attempted. Same with the frames (we paid for the package that included frames). -Flyscreens were wet, but not cleaned. -A few missed spots, streaks and cobwebs left. We were told that some of our windows have hard water stains. Although most of it was cleaned off easily, they told us that it would cost additional and another visit to clean the remaining bits. They told us this at the end of the visit, after saying "we're done". I thought that we would walk around and chat about the missed spots afterwards, but the young guys just talked about one window and were not interested in my feedback or accountability. They said a discount would be applied. We only received some of that. In my experience, All Glass Cleaning refers to "most" glass, and "only" glass. Maybe it was our expectations, but we just hoped for better, especially given the positive reviews and price point.

I have used All Glass Cleaning 4 times over the past 2 1/2 yrs to clean all the windows of our 2 storey house, as well as the pool fencing, and each time they have been fantastic in the way they perform the work and finish the job.
