I’ve been going to Allen Family Dentistry for years now. They are always willing to work with me, with kindness and understanding. Everyone at the office is always so nice and welcoming! They are also, very helpful and listen to your concerns! If you are nervous, they make you feel comfortable and will answer any question you may have! I have been using Dr. Allen at Crestway Dental for many years and have not had a single complaint. Due to poor dental care in my younger years, I have had many crowns. All crowns have been perfect with no problems. Dr. Allen, his staff in all areas, and his state of the art technology are top shelf. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend Dr. Allen for all your dental care. This was a review I left before and all I can say, is everything about Dr Allen’s dedication to superior care for his patients continues to be A+! He cares! He is compassionate and does everything he can to make sure you are comfortable and informed. His staff speaks volumes! His Assistant Kim has been with him 20+ years. She is the best!! Sending a big shout out to Allen Family Dentistry! I’ve been going here for about 5 years and have never been disappointed, front desk will always greet you with an amazing smile and the dental assistance is top notch. The dental hygienist and is amazing she makes you feel like family and covers everything you need to know and will always answer any questions you may have. The dentist I see is well I can’t explain how well she takes care of you!! She is very professional and soft to the touch. I highly recommend you visit Allen Family Dentistry for all your needs!!!!

No wonder Allen Family Dentistry was not worried about me leaving a bad review. 596 reviews of 5 stars! Lol... I was scheduled for a cavity filling and could not make the appointment due to my job calling me in to cover a shift. I was charged $100 for the missed appointment. I told whoever on the phone if they charged me the $100, I would take my business elsewhere and would leave a review. I was informed I would be contacted by someone concerning this issue. I was never contacted and this company opted to take the $100 over a repeat customer. Apparently they are doing well enough to lose a client. This is just a PSA for public servants that are responsible to cover shifts 24/7. For example, fire department, police, water/wastewater. You are gonna pay that fee if you miss your appointment at Allen Family Dental. And they are willing to lose your business over that fee. Let me also add that prior to missing my appointment, there were two separate appointments where I was booked at the same time as another customer and I had to reschedule. I was asked to reschedule in very close proximity to the actual day of the appointment. How cool would it have been if I could have charged Allen Family Dental a rescheduling fee? They did not even take this into consideration.

Going to the dentist normally isn't a pleasant experience but I spent 3 hours at Allen family today and the whole experience was wonderful very friendly knowledge staff every one was great and very professional plus they are doing several follow up wi th me that are quite possibly saving me serious problems that would have occurred if they hadn't caught that I was not aware of i am very grateful to every one who attended to me today and want to thank them for taking the time and patience to be so caring Thank you Tom east
