The food was just average for the price point. The steak tartare had a texture that was a bit ‘off’ (meat was too chunky and difficult to pull apart, almost as if it wasn’t chopped through thoroughly). Their version of Florentine steak was thin and rather bland (even using the salt mixture and chimichurri that came with it). I ordered a dry martini and it seemed watered down. Disappointing overall with slow service to boot. Was hoping for a better experience.
Fantastic experience! The venue decor is classy with attention to detail and a cool, swanky speakeasy feel (including the super clean restrooms). The staff is super professional and friendly and the kitchen 'nailed it' when prepping our 'Pittsburgh rare', butter and rosemary aged ribeye! Fat washed cocktails...excellent! Buen trabajo Alvio & Team.

We went here on Valentine's Day. The experience and service was great and it really made you feel like you were in a more upscale restaurant in a bigger city. They braised the steak right in front of us which was a nice touch in terms of service and experience. I had the salmon and it was deliciously cooked and not at all fishy. It was exceptionally juicy and tender and the skin was super crispy and flavorful. If you want a really nice experience, I definitely say it is worth the money and the food was also great on top of that. I would definitely recommend the spot for a special night out or just to treat yourself to a nice dining experience.

We went to Cured as a party of four and were disappointed by our experience. For the positive aspects- the steaks were flavorful and the cheese board was plentiful. However, we felt very dismissed and unwelcomed by our waitress. She was much more attentive to other tables and borderline condescending to our table. She never asked us if we wanted another drink (even when our glasses were empty) and when we expressed interest in dessert, it took her over 20 minutes to return to our table. Additionally, the polenta left much to be desired and tasted like salty grits. The glass of wine was about 2.5-3 oz. for $17 (image posted of wine as served). We had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately will not be returning due to the poor service and lackluster meal accoutrements.
My husband and I went to the Valentines Day dinner tonight and had a great experience!
The prosciutto in the appetizer is made in-house and probably the best we've ever tasted. The main course and dessert were equally delicious, but the prosciutto was on another level.
Beautiful setting for a date night and we will definitely be back!
We visited Cured recently with a group of friends for a b-day celebration. We had the best experience. The ambiance was awesome, the decor was perfect (especially loved the ladies room 😍) & the food and drinks were AMAZING! The charcuterie board was beautiful and the best way to begin the night. We had the pleasure of getting to meet the owners and they were so hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed them sharing with us their story to include their meat aging process. It’s no wonder all of their food was so delicious based on their thoughtfulness and preparation. The space is fairly small but it feels quaint & fits with the overall vibe. Definitely check it out for a date night or special occasion with friends. I can’t say enough positive things…go check it out for yourself.
