all claims charged way more than my insurance would pay leaving me a big out of pocket bill. their prices are way above industry standards. employees are difficult to communicate with . management does not keep you informed of progress and negotiations...buyer beware.. i am still in limbo and the fire was 4 months ago...

Kirk with All Claims and his crew did an excellent job. They keep all appointments, they were on time and they cleaned up very well after the various projects needed after my claim. In fact, they went above and being and repaired a subfloor that was not part of the original claim at no cost to me. I highly recommend All Claims for any repair work needed.

My experience with All Claims Repairs was one of the most stressful and traumatic home repair situations I have ever endured. I was required to use them through my home insurance claim. What began as a bathroom repair and mold remediation project that was expected to take approximately one month extended into nearly four months of disruption, delays, and repeated workmanship concerns. During the repair process, my home sustained significant additional damage. At one point, my entire first floor flooded as a direct result of the contractor’s work. I am including photos from that incident. In addition to the flooding, there was damage to my kitchen cabinets, damage to ceiling light fixtures during drywall repairs, and paint dust and debris contamination to personal belongings. There was too much that went wrong to list. Instead of feeling protected during remediation and reconstruction, I felt that my property was not properly safeguarded. There were ongoing issues with subcontractor performance, limited staffing, limited supervision and project oversight, and lack of attention to detail. Work frequently had to be revisited and redone, which significantly extended the project timeline. I also incurred unexpected out-of-pocket expenses in order to avoid further delays, which added financial strain to an already difficult situation. Inviting contractors into your home requires trust. Unfortunately, this experience resulted in more damage, more stress, and far more disruption than the original loss itself. I strongly encourage homeowners to thoroughly research their options, ask detailed questions about subcontractors, and carefully document everything if they choose to proceed.

The team at All Claims was VERY professional and through. In a world where most companies just want to get a job done, the team at All Claims truly take pride in their work. They also taught my husband and I how to safely clean our contents and how to store items so that mold will not return. We are purchasing a new home that has tested positive for mold in the basement. We were so impressed with the job done by All Claims that we hired them to clean our new home as well.

My townhouse had a third floor flood from my washing machine. The Mulhauser Road location in Ohio took care of me . I cannot thank their crew enough!! From the first phone call with Kristy; she got me thru the whole process. Aaron and so many others were such good people. Had a water leak in master bedroom walk in closet. Apparently it was a slow leak and could have leaking for some time. I had to remove shoes, clothes, everything from the closet. Wasn't cool, and let's just say I wasn't happy. Contacted All Claims Repair, and they sent staff to assess damage, mold, and repair. Upon agreement the work was started and completed in a timely fashion. All Claims Repairs staff was very efficient and professional. Made me happy. Would recommend them to family and friends. 👍

Extremely disappointed at Tony Allogia, he assisted in helping one of my costumers with a estimate to present it to the client's insurance, let me tell you how disappointed I am, He did not answer some of my emails requesting a second water barrier on the roof replacement, this item is required by the the Florida Building Code, this company completely ignored my emails as the owner's representative. I do not recommend this company at all.

I have nothing but positive things to say about and praise for Kenny and Hilario and the way they handled the remediation of water damage and mold in my home. They were respectful, pleasant, efficient and communicative, showing up on time or calling to let me know when they were delayed. Because of the way they worked, I had total confidence in what they were doing. During what could have been a stressful time they created for me a totally stress-free experience. All Claims just completed a renovation project at my home due to an extensive water leak. While there were some challenges along the way— as expected with any major repair - the final result is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier. That outcome is entirely thanks to the dedication and professionalism of the project manager, Scott Blair and construction lead, Francisco. The work included new flooring throughout the house, trim, drywall and painting walls, new bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets and countertops, and backsplash among other things. Throughout the process, they were attentive, communicative, and always willing to make adjustments to ensure I was satisfied. What really stood out was their help with the design aspects, especially in the kitchen. They made fantastic suggestions that improved functionality, like adding a dual trash bin drawer, spice rack, and baking sheet storage—things I didn’t even know I needed but now love. They were also flexible and accommodating when it came to my personal design choices, allowing me to use custom materials I provided, such as custom handmade tile for the kitchen backsplash. When one of the bath vanities I ordered didn’t fit the space exactly, they went above and beyond to make it work—finding the perfect trim pieces to blend the gaps seamlessly. That kind of attention to detail and commitment to finding solutions really made the experience feel collaborative and cared for. Renovations are rarely smooth from start to finish, but having a team that listens, adapts, and ultimately delivers a stunning result makes all the difference. Scott and Francisco are incredible assets and All Claims is lucky to have such a top notch crew! I’m incredibly grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them!

When I tell you Roberto and his team are the BEST Contractors I've ever had. I give you an At. I called them the A team. From putting down my wood floor❤️looking so Good to putting up my cabinets that are so Beautiful 😍 then the painters finished so fast before I could blink my eye, without one mistake on the wall.
