All American has been AMAZING!! From the office staff (esp Terri) to all the crews that have worked on our house. We couldn’t have asked for kinder, hard working people. We had 2 flooding accidents in the last 7 months and would hands down recommend them. They handled everything and got our house back to even better than it was before with no stress.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I left a pot cooking on stove by accident and came back hours later to house filled with thick, acrid smoke. All american was fantastic! Cleaned entire house, curtains, furnishings. At the end there was still a faint smell of smoke and they recleaned living room furniture and re did the carpets until there is no longer any smell. And it has been 2 months since then and no smoke smell at all!

There was a broken water pipe in a downstairs basement which flooded the LR and bathroom. The weekend crew quickly cleaned up the mess. The company has been progressively working on replacing flooring plus extra work. Thank you Brian for the nice cupboard install. I would highly recommend them.

Had a pump behind my house in the golf course blow a pressure valve at some point in the middle of the night. Causing our backyard to flood and the water reached the garage and finally made its way to the basement. We called All American to ask some questions and their response time was quick. Their crew was here all day working hard to try and get our house cleaned up. I wish I would have got the names of the guys working at our house because they deserve a shout out. From the crew working in our home to the guys stopping in to check on everything, all the way to Terri in the office as well as the lady welcoming you into the office. I couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with All American even in our messy situation.

After my water heater broke and flooded the basement I was recommended All American by a coworker. And gall dang they did a really good job. Paul and his team were very communicative and great to work with. They also used their own discretion and took care of the job — not burdening me with making a bunch of little decisions. They went above and beyond and took care of extras. Definitely give the guys a call!

All American has now cleaned up after 3 times of a city sewer backup. They came as soon as possible when I called. Their employees are very efficient and friendly. They did an amazing cleanup. They hauled everything out to my garage. Then brought it back in after the construction work was done over 2 months later. I higher recommend them.
The workers from All American cleaned my carpets!! I called your company because you have helped put our house back together six times!! All very successful!

Bryan Hancock and team at All American Cleaning & Restoration did an excellent job handling our basement flooding. Their team responded quickly, assessed the damage thoroughly, and started the cleanup right away. They were professional, courteous, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The drying and restoration work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. We are very grateful for their fast response and quality service! Highly recommend!!
This company is exceptional. They are professional, they take special care to take care of you home as they take care of the problem areas. The communication is excellent as far as when they will be there and what they will be doing when. I highly recommend this company. I have used them two or three times over the years and they have been consistently professional.

We use carpet cleaning services about once or twice a year. I can tell you that these guys are hands down the absolutely best company I've ever seen! I'm not sure how any other company could possibly hope to compete. I had my living room, movie room, babies room, 2 hallways and a set of stairs cleaned and it was less then $300! In addition they spent over 2 hours doing to the best job I've ever seen, they moved our furniture, scrubbed out the stains and steam cleaned all the floors! When they were done they left 7 fans to dry the carpets over the next 24 hours and a hepa filter to clean the air while it was drying. As long as there quality stays the same, I will never and I mean never, use any other company. The quality is absolutely the best, before today I would clean my own carpets because all the other companies I used were a pain in the backside to work with, and I've used several. But that's come to an end now, If I had known the difference in my carpets was going to be so substantial I would have taken before and after pictures for you! They removed stains that were several years old that 2 other companies couldn't remove. The last time my carpets looked this clean they were new! Take my word for it, spend the money and make these guys do the work for you!

All American is our go to rescue company for all of our floods!! We have had 8 floods with each one from a different source. I can say that each restoration was timely, professional, and well done. From the first call to Brian who manages the cleanup it has been a pleasure to work with him and all of his crews from the painter to Dennis the carpet cleaner. All of the people that come into your house are quality craftsmen and take the utmost care in protecting the area while they work. Brian is always in contact with us to give us daily/weekly reports of progress and to notify us when workers will be there. The best part of having a flood is working with Brian, the local representative, as he is so efficient at getting the crews in to get going on water removal all the way to completion. When your house is compromised suddenly, you are somewhat traumatized and feel displaced. He is great at helping you feel better by quickly organizing restoration crews- sometimes if they are in the area- it is minutes.
