They say you come across the right person when you need them. After having issues with other brokers Angela was the professional powerhouse we needed to help us secure our first family home. With maternity leave and self employment it threw some curve balls in the way but Angela was a strong support throughout using her knowledge and expertise to come up with a solution. We really value the kindness and understanding to our personal needs she has shown us throughout our mortgage journey. I had almost given up of securing a mortgage before I thankfully came across Angela. Myself and husband had spoken to different mortgage brokers who couldn’t help. Angela from the off showed compassion and more important the “can do attitude”. It has been a bumpy ride securing our property down to estate agents but every time Angela was either on the end of the phone or only a email away. We’ve secured our first family home and myself and husband cannot express how much we appreciate all that she has done as it wouldn’t have been possible without her help and advice. Angela is positive, professional and efficient. Within minutes she had solutions and put us at ease. Worked all over the weekend to get prepared and first thing Monday was in touch advising of the options and routes we could take. Prior to talking to Angela we felt pretty desperate that we wouldn’t get what we needed. Within 2 days we had solutions. Friendly and personable. We will definately be recommending Angela to everyone that needs help or even those that just want to know they have someone in their corner looking for the best bespoke deal.

After speaking with a few Brokers I decided to use A Little Advice. They were more attentive and direct with what we needed to do. Due to my credit history we needed an adverse mortgage. We received excellent service with clear communication and were kept updated and informed at every point of the process.

The whole process from start to finish has been amazing by such lovely, friendly and professional people. A Little Mortgage Advice has been brilliant. We started off with a broker who was not very useful, we were waiting weeks at a time to get a response. Once being in contact with Angela, she had a mortgage in principle within 24 hours of speaking with her. Myself and my partner are first time buyers and had very little knowledge on mortgages and buying property’s however Angela was able to give us the information we need and put our minds at ease, no matter the time of the day. We have had a very smooth process with Angela and Emma working so hard to ensure there are no hiccups. Emma has been fantastic, her patience and understanding has really been appreciated when she has been working on our case. No question is too much and she is always willing to help however she can. We personally have used solicitors that were appointed by Angela, and this has been great as Emma has been able to keep in touch with them as well as ourselves. Angela has many contacts that are useful for us as first time buyers and has put us in touch with someone to be able to help us get the right cover for our new home, this has been incredibly helpful due to not having good understanding of who to go to for these type of things. Going through the process itself is daunting on its own without the added small parts which Angela has been so kind to assist in. Overall, brilliant service all round and cannot thank Angela and her team anymore.
