We had a great time exploring Stanley Park on these awesome e-bikes! Darren was super helpful and thoroughly explained how to safely operate everything. We had plenty of space to get used to the bikes, gears, throttle, and brakes before heading out. Darren gave us a map and it was super simple to navigate ourselves to the park and back. It was so stress-free to not be near cars at all! It was also helpful to have a spacious pouch that also held the lock to which I added a water bottle and a jacket I bought at the gift shop near the totem poles. Upon returning our bikes after three full hours, we even got some great restaurant tips from a tour guide named Cameron! Thanks for everything, guys!

We went on the 4 hour guided tour with Cameron. Well what a great experience From the first meeting the guys had the bikes clean and ready to go and from there Cameron took us on a fantastic tour of Vancouver telling us all about the amazing city. It was amazing. If you are in Vancouver you must do this. It’s so easy everybody at E bike rentals were awesome. We had the best day thank you

Spent a brilliant 5 hours on the step through ebikes, and toured Vancouver and round Stanley Park. Fantatsic set up, great location to collect the bikes and have a little trial before heading out (if its been a while since youve been on a bike!) The guys are all super helpful and give really clear instructions and a little map to follow. Anfd they are there at the end of the phone if you need them. Just an amazing way to see the sites in the sunshine. Thanks for a fab experience.

It’s quite obvious that the staff at Alien Bike Rentals love what they do. From the minute they say hello you feel welcome and cared for. They take the time to explain how the bikes work and give you a chance to practice in their location until you feel perfectly comfortable for your ride. The bikes have plenty of power so practicing is a good idea. Locking the bikes to wander on foot is as easy as it gets. Helmets are comfy and so are the seats. Darren and Kathryn took care of our rental. Two of the most diligent, laid back and caring people we’ve ever met. Darren’s little dog, Bubba-Gump, was just as pleasant (pictures enclosed). We highly recommend Alien for your next bike rental! We will definitely use them again next time we’re in Vancouver.

Darren did a great job setting us up with bikes that were just right for us. We did the Stanley Park loop that was just perfect. Was so surprised that it was 15 miles! Sure didn't feel like it with those pedal assist bikes!. The bikes seem very well maintained. What a beautiful city Vancouver is! Thanks, Darren, for a wonderful trip!

My friend and I had a delightful 3 hour e-Bike tour. First time ever for me on a city biking tour, let alone an e-bike. It was outstanding, a perfect way to see the city. Only wished that we had done it on our first day in Vancouver, not our last. Many place to return and see. Thank you! Great tour.

Absolutely excellent. This was our first trip to Vancouver and we wanted to see the city by bike, but were unfamiliar with the city. From the moment we called the night before to have some questions answered, to the moment we dropped the bikes off at the end of our rental day, the staff were as helpful as could be. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Darren was great at explaining the different routes and options and the bikes we rented were in great condition and met our riding needs. At one point as we were riding in around, we ran into Darren (the owner) and his dog, Bubba as they were running an errand on their bike. Darren took the time to check in with us and make sure that things were going well. We processed the ride we had taken around Stanley Park (don't miss it!) and discussed the ride we were taking to Granville Island. He made sure that we knew where we were going and that we felt confident with the bikes and the route. Darren even called us later that evening to make sure that everything went well with our day and the drop off. Alien E-bikes make Vancouver feel familiar and welcoming. Great staff! Great bikes! We cannot recommend them enough!

A great way to sightsee the Seawall from Place of Nations round to Stanley Park and back, over three relaxing hours. Very friendly and helpful staff (sorry I didn't get names), very clear information regarding bike use and route plus the orange bike was great.
