The guys at Aliens were fab Sebastian and Derren and his dog. The bike was great so adaptable to help me with my Hip arthritis. Even though I lost the wife at Lost Lagoon it was a great experience. Helped calm me down went off to look for the her, sent me to get a beer and lent me a charger to keep my phone charged. Can’t recommend them enough.

I did not rent a bike but I had an incredible experience with the staff member, Catherine and owner, Darren. My chain came off my bike and I was able to put it back on but the gears were not changing. I asked Catherine and Darren for help and not only did they help with my gears, but also they offered to give me a cloth and spray to get the bike grease off my hands. They went above and beyond with customer service and their e-bikes looked amazing. I can't wait to go back and try it out. Thank you Alien!!

Hi Bryan, Good news! We now have a couple of regular bikes available for youth riders. For adults, we only have e-bikes – because why pedal when you can glide? Fantastic day exploring VanCity, way easier than walking or one of those busses! Bikes were in great shape, helmets were new and fit well. They even had a phone mount for me to borrow! The location is fantastic, especially if you're staying somewhere near the stadiums. Know that if you take the popular bike routes, especially around Stanley Park, there will be lots of traffic and it can be challenging to navigate at times. Still, SOOOO much better than any other way to see so much of the city in a relatively short time.

We rented from Sebastian and his colleague and they were both amazing. We picked up at the Plaza of Nations which is an excellent pick up spot. The alien bikes are top of the line, easy to use, and made the trip super enjoyable. We had an amazing time.

We flew in and stayed at the JW Marriott/Douglas Hotel complex and walked 2 blocks away to rent Ebikes from Alien E-Bike. First the bikes are top notch, they go fast and they are super easy to use. They also include an easy bike lock, a bike bag to store the lock with room for a little extra stuff, and a handlebar phone holder so you can look at your map while navigating the bike paths around the city. The folks who run this place were outstanding to work with, starting the rental clock late and ending it earlier than our delivery time, saving us some bucks. I highly recommend this place and will be back again soon.

Can’t recommend this experience enough - such a great family owned company. All staff were super accommodating and made sure we had good quality bikes. If you’re wanting to see Vancouver with e-bikes you have to go with Alien!!
