We hired Alex for a half day round trip from Bath to Castle Combe and Lacock. It was simple to make the reservation in advance. Alex was punctual and knowledgeable, easy to converse with, and he drives safely. Others only wanted full day bookings, so we were very pleased to find Al’s Cab. His prices were reasonable and he provided excellent customer service.

I've relied on Al for about a year now week in week out for work. Top customer service (unlike Veezu), friendly (unlike Veezu), consistently on time (unlike Veezu). Other taxi companies ask for pre-payment going from locations a bit further out of town, but Al doesn't so it takes the hassle out of frequent trips. I highly recommend.

What a great service from Al. I needed a lift at short notice from Corsham to Chippenham with some extra large luggage after my car broke down. Al was great, gave me an ETA and turned up right on time in a lovely spotlessly clean estate car with plenty of room. We had some great conversation along the way, all very friendly and super helpful. Highly recommended!

Contacted a few taxi's for a price for a 20 min journey and Al,s cab 🚖 came in at the best price and a much more realistic price than some of the quotes. Having booked him to collect me at a certain time I had to call and ask if he could pick me up 15 mins later with only 20 mins notice this was not a problem. Alex was punctual, polite and professional and that's all you need from a good company and driver. This is the first time I've booked Al,s cab 🚖 and wouldn't hesitate to use again or reccomend to friends.

I don't recall ever having a conversation with any of my customers where I have had occasion to be rude. However I'm sorry to hear you've have had a bad experience. I would thoroughly recommend that you use another Taxi service if you feel inclined.
