Alex Jones took care of the funeral arrangements for my father. Karen was especially helpful and understanding, and no matter how many times she had to repeat things, she did it with grace. It made the whole difficult process much easier to deal with and I felt like we were in good hands. I would definitely recommend them.

My mother passed away in July. We approached Alex Jones to carry out the funeral arrangements. We had used the company twice before and had done an exceptional job. They did not let us down this time either. Kaye and the team are thoroughly professional. They are all so thoughtful , respectful and very patient. I cannot thank them enough for making the day a very memorable one.

Having sadly lost my dear Mum in June, I contacted Alex Jones and met a lovely lady called Karen, after our initial meeting I knew I’d chosen the right people to take care of my Mum. I found Karen to be extremely helpful, compassionate, warm and friendly. She kept me informed over the next few weeks on all matters relating to the funeral. I would also like to thank George who I met at the crematorium, he was very helpful to me and my family.

Alex Jones provided a friendly, helpful, professional and compassionate service for the funerals of both Mum and Dad, their deaths 2 years apart. I’ve been blessed to meet the most kind and wonderful people during the worst time of my life. Alan, Karen, Kaye, Anita and everyone involved with my Beloved Dad’s passing were amazing! From start to finish! Nothing was ever too much trouble! The advice and grief support I received was phenomenal! These people are earths angels and I’d never find words to express just how grateful I am.. Thank you for Dad’s beautiful service and most importantly, caring for my Dad. You’re all AMAZING people! I used Alex Jones Funeral Directors when my Mum passed in June, they were recommended to me by a family friend who had used them when her husband passed. I spoke to Karen who was absolutely outstanding and so kind. I have never had to arrange a funeral before and there is so much to think of. It is of course a very emotional time but Karen was patient, professional, empathetic and went above and beyond. She dealt with all my questions in a timely professional manner and on the day of the funeral Alan made sure that everything ran smoothly and we were able to give my Mum the send off she deserved. Many thanks to whole team especially Karen.

My family and I used Alex Jones Funeral Directors when my later mother passed away in September 2022. We chose a cremation service and a interment of ashes (which is to follow). I can only describe the service as impeccable. I honestly am unable to fault anything. The kindness shown was amazing. The time taken to explain options, respond to emails, and answer questions as well as allowing ample time for family to visit the chapel of rest was never a problem. Courteous, professional and kind staff as well as owners and management. Have meant we have used their services in Lingfield not only for my late mother but also for my grandparents. Long may they last and thank you very much for Making the process one less thing to worry about at time when you’re emotional.
