I can not thank Keith and his team enough for what he did in helping resolve our families trust issues. We had been dealing with bad mismanagement and abusing trustee issues for over 20 years, and have been through multiple attorneys. No one has compared to the knowledge and expertise Keith had. Keith is brilliantly smart and creative, knows the law better then any attorney I've spoken too and is kind and humble all at the same time. I can not speak more highly of Keith and the entire law firm, and while I hope to never have another trust litigation matter, I have peace of mind knowing I now know the right attorney for the job. This law firm is SO professional. As an out-of-state client I felt that my interest was their highest priority at all times. They kept in constant communication with me at all times either by phone, e-mail, on-line conference calls or documents for me to sign. They explained everything clearly and answered any question I had promptly. I cannot say enough positive about this firm. Every single individual I interacted with treated me (and my situation) with respect and concern. They made a very difficult family situation bearable. Thank you to each and every one of them, I wish them well with their new adventure in 2024 (and beyond). :-)

Keith and Stewart are true professionals. They knew how important this case was to me, so I knew they were going to do great, as I'm sure they do with every case. They sincerely cared and gave the case the attention that it needed. Although it was met with a lot of resistance from the defending party, they never gave up. Keith and Stewart ended up getting an agreement in my favor. They were exceptional in their timely and informative communication. They would have regular and timely updates via email and phone meetings on the status of the case.
I would recommend Albertson & Davidson, to anyone that needs to hire an attorney and wants to work with someone who has integrity and will not let anything fall through the cracks.
If you are considering this firm LOOK AROUND FOR SOMEONE ELSE!!!! There are plenty of attorneys that have your best interest at heart, but this group doesn't seem to put the time or effort in to do what they were hired for. I am writing this after this group failed in helping to get a family estate divided equally, will not answer questions, and the employees they put in charge of the communication could care less. Instead of feeling like this group has a families back, they are causing family members to be stressed out and making it possible for the trustee to acquire all the assets. Nothing is running smoothly and they seem to be very cosy with the attorney on the other side, a conflict of interest!
I want to thank Albertson & Davidson, LLP and their team from the bottom of my heart. I needed their legal help at one of the worst times in my life. Mary, Susan, Keith, and Stewart were awesome. They fought for me to gain an inheritance from my husband's trust and estate. After watching several youtube videos from this firm, I decided to contact them for a free consult. Spoke with Melinda who asked many intake questions for about 30 mins and asked me to email my documents to mary@aldavlaw.com and that I would receive a phone call back after they reviewed them. I spent the next hour scanning my documents to email and I noticed receipt of an email from Mary@aldavlaw in which I thought that maybe it was a welcome email or something, but in opening it to read the message it surprised me as it stated they are too busy to take my case and give it attention then gave me a link to find other attorneys. I question how this firm determines how to make any decision without seeing the documents to review and I wonder if it is all based on asset value because if so, I guess $1million+ is not enough for this firm. I did email a reply asking how they determined their decision and have not received any courtesy response back. I then tried calling to speak to Melinda to find out and once they find out your name, they screen the calls and Melinda is not available. Such a disappointment and loss of opportunity for this firm due to the fact that we also have a different and quite substantial case that they just threw the opportunity away by how they totally dis-regarded me and my attempt to talk with them and to possibly hire them. So much for their free evaluation consult which is false advertising period, unless Melinda who answers the phone and does intake questions is the free consult, not sure if she is an attorney at all, but this is my experience and what happened when I called this firm.
Our experience with Albertson & Davidson Firm was professional and First Class, Met our needs on our case that should never happened. We were informed on every step of the process along with prompt responses to all our questions..We had no doubt we would succeed as the case did not have any truth to the allegations to the our parents"trust". Just took a bit of time to go before the courts approval with our documents. Its a shame what greed will do to a sibling when there is a trust in play.

Albertson & Davidson is a highly effective law firm with the utmost integrity and professionalism one could hope to retain as their legal representation. The entire staff is first rate and very attentive. I have found no law firm more honest and motivated to secure their client's best interests.
My sister and I hired Keith and his partners for a trustee/ beneficiary issue. We chose them after extensive research and found them to be the best. They were so detailed, aggressive and thorough. They were also more than fair with us when it came to returning any unused monies. We would recommend Albertson & Davidson to anyone going through beneficiary abuse. Thank you all for everything.

I would not recommend this firm. I had a horrible experience with Omid Afati. Non responsive, didn't fight for me at all!!! I emailed him several times with different requests, statements with no response. He told me after hearing the drafting attorney's statement how wonderful she was, took great notes and went on and on, repeating himself in the t-shirt he was in over zoom. He basically quit and stopped doing anything for me after that. Even though the medical records all showed my mom had memory issues and was in poor health. Also, my mother's best friend for over 30 years was willing to testify on my behalf and he told me that she didn't want to testify. When I spoke with her, she said she NEVER said that. It seems he just wanted to have the case handed to him with a bow on it. If your are looking for a firm and an attorney to fight and care about you, this isn't your firm. I'm sure I will get a response from one of the partners defending all he did but it doesn't matter. This review was true to my experience.
Dana, I'd like to start by apologizing to you. If you felt that our firm, or a person within our firm, didn't care about you or your case, that's on us. No client should be made to feel that way in any legal case, but especially in Trust and Will cases where there's a lot of family dynamics at play. We cannot apologize enough for making you feel that way.
As for the specifics of your case, due to attorney-client confidentiality, I cannot discuss those specifics on this forum. There are times when cases don't work out like we hope they will. That can be especially true when the deposition of a drafting attorney takes place and the evidence is not favorable. But even when the evidence doesn't stack up in our client's favor, you still should not be made to feel like we don't care.

Albertson & Davidson were wonderful in helping us with our estate and probate. There were disagreements between family members and they fought for us every single step of the way. They were very helpful, thorough, friendly, and informative throughout the entire process in what would have otherwise been a grueling ordeal. We can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much!
We had a very complex multimillion dollar probate case and they made us feel well represented and supported throughout the entire process. They worked as a team and approached our unique case from multiple angles so that we were able to ultimately recover the funds that were in dispute. My case is ongoing. I feel that as a beneficiary, I have been lied to and completely abused by the trustee, who is my younger brother. He lives in San Diego, I live in Denver, CO. At first I had confidence in this law firm, now I have my doubts. My trustee is many years late in paying me an installment, let alone paying me the principle my late father wanted me to have. My attorney from this firm rarely contacts me with any updates. It has been seventeen months since they started my case. I'm 63, was forced into early retirement and I'm not getting any younger!!
I can sum these attorneys up with three words; expertise, class and caring. My father naively trusted my stepsister to be trustee (the only beneficiary who lived in CA) of his large estate. After his death, against the mandates in the trust, she started dipping into the trust funds. This was a very complex and challenging case but Jeff and Stewart were able to get us a large settlement in spite of our stepsisters highly unethical and devious plan. While expertly navigating opposing counsel, discovery, deposition against our stepsister and the intricacies of the law, they were supportive and caring with myself and my sister as we went through an extremely stressful time. And I have to add that watching Jeff depose my stepsister was one of the most intimidating displays of questioning, while maintaining smooth, professional decorum, I have ever witnessed. It was glorious! Best of all, these attorneys not only have skill, they have heart.
