Three of the car seats I've received from here (this week) were manufactured April 2022- two and a half years ago. That shortens the lifespan my kids can use these seats by 2.5 years. One was returned and they sent another one that was just as old.

I was desperate for a car seat. My newborn grandson (a premie)was not allowed to leave the hospital because he was unable to breathe properly in the carseat which had been given to him as a hand me down. I ran to Albee and spoke to the car seat expert. She explained exactly which kind of kind car seat was safe for a newborn and how to safely buckle the baby in.
Bought a car seat at a reasonable price, ran to the hospital and baby was allowed to come home! Thank you!!!

the attention exept the cashier was horrible. the prices almost double the online page. the manager was very rude and I really do not recommend that store. when I mentioned the online prices the practically told me if you don't like don't buy.

Y uno que está a $229 a $299 al final la cajera me hizo un descuento porque vio Que compre más cosas y que no estaba solo preguntando pero honestamente no lo recomiendo. My husband and I went to Albee Baby to find a travel stroller while visiting NYC. They had a great selection of brands that we wanted and different colorways! The salesman also was very knowledgeable regarding different models. They also gave us the online rewards discount without us even asking! The savings helped us so much. Found out that they charged my credit card for an order in June. Just realized today we never received the item that was supposed to ship early July. Called them and they had internally canceled the order but never refunded me!?!! Five months later I had to call to point out they were keeping money without shipping the item, and they were rude and acted like it was not their fault.

Sending wrong item and demanding to pay for shipping
They sending wrong items that not compatible with the models that they mentioned in item description and asking me to pay for shipping cost. F$ck you! Never again
Terrible business. No refunds. If you take the item out of the box it's "used" and non returnable. The wagon we purchased had minimal leg room and my kids were very uncomfortable. Now we are stuck with this unusable wagon and out $519.

I'm not sure if they sent me a return or just a product that had been sitting in a bad condition warehouse for many months. The Stroller has 2 horrible screeching noises that are not fixable. I contacted Albee Baby and they could care less even though I just opened this the day before. They washed their hands and sent me to the manufacturer to deal with weeks of going back and forth even though this was still within the 30 days of purchase (it had actually been a week since we bought it). I would recommend going somewhere else, probably amazon and if you have any issues there it will be resolved immediately.

Honestly, the attention from this company is horrible, unpleasant, they show that they hate their job, they are arrogant, they are lazy, they do not like to answer the questions that customers ask, they should be fired and look for people trained in customer service, they are one of the worst
