Five Stars is not adequate for the outstanding communications and expert installation we experienced when purchasing a new Daikin HVAC System. Our AC stopped working during a 90 degree week long heating spell! From my initial call, the System was installed within 48 hours by experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional technicians. This is an incredible turnaround considering we were a new customer! I had mentioned my husband had a disability and did better with AC. Jason, Head Technician, rearranged the company's installation schedule to fit us in ASAP. The day after the initial call, a service call was made by Eric to assess the problem. He explained everything well and measured for a new system. That same day, a proposal was presented by Jason complete with explanation. We signed a contract online. Installation was the next day by Dan, Andrew, and two others. When they completed installing the system, Dan reset our thermostat. He also reset the NEST on my iPhone since I use my phone to change settings on the thermostat. He was thorough and kind. He also showed me what had been installed. They cleaned up very well. In addition, I experienced that their excellent customer service for all staff focuses on clarity. They welcome questions in person and by providing email, text, and phone call access. No ambiguity here. Written copies of proposals and statements are provided for the customer. We highly recommend Albany Mechanical for your heating and cooling systems. We are so confident in the company's operations, we now have a maintenance contract with them.

I can not express how great Blake was! His expertise was above and beyond. I had 2 other companies come by and tell me they could not figure out my problem and I need to replace my entire heat pump!! Well Blake figured it out. It wasn't easy but he never gave up!! Amazing!! Beyond grateful! Also Thank you Tom B for helping me get such amazing service!! The best!!! Never calling anyone else again.

I recently had a furnace issue that unfortunately wasn’t resolved on the first service call. While that was frustrating, I want to recognize how Albany Mechanical handled it. They returned promptly for a second visit at no charge and sent two of the best, most highly trained technicians I’ve ever worked with in Zack and Blake. Their knowledge, expertise, and customer service were second to none. They conducted a thorough evaluation, explained everything clearly, and made sure the issue was fully resolved before they left. A/C Replacement My A/C unfortunately chose the hottest days in August to decide to take its last gasp. When I called Albany Mechanical Services to schedule an inspection and to get an installation price quote for a new A/C, Jerid not only called me back promptly, but he personally came to my home to provide a quote, that same day. Their pricing was reasonable, and they offered several financing options. Within a matter of a few days, my installation was scheduled and completed. The installation crew (Mason, Austin, Colin, Michael, and Dave) were amazing. They arrived on time, were very professional, knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain what they were doing and to answer any questions that came up. My new A/C is cooling very nicely. I am happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Albany Mechanical Services for your A/C needs.

To Albany Mechanical Services Inc. Management: Our Navien tankless hot water heater was in need of repair. I contacted Albany Mechanical Services and they dispatched a technician right away. The technician (Zach) arrived at our home and he immediately investigated the problem. He found that I needed a new heat exchanger which he replaced along with a new igniter. However, another issue with the unit persisted where he consulted with Tech Support at Navien. It was at this point I felt confident that Zach was going to get to the bottom of the issue and take the necessary steps to solve the problem. Zach was extremely knowledgeable, methodical and patient. He kept me informed every step of the way. Although it was somewhat frustrating in determining what the cause of the problem was, Zach kept at it until he found the answer. As it turned out, he replaced the computer board, the adjustment valve and installed a new wiring harness. If it wasn't for him, we would likely be looking at installing a new unit at considerable cost. Instead, he extended the life of our unit which is now functioning extremely well. I wanted to take a minute to thank Zach, his manager and the other technicians who were here to help get our unit back on line. Woke up this morning to no hot water. Called Albany Mechanical for service and two young gentleman arrived mid afternoon. They were very polite and knowledgeable young boys. They explained what was the cause was for no hot water and explained what they would do to fix it. They were very polite. We are very pleased with Albany Mechanicville service.

Installed the wrong size AC in our house and we struggled for several years being miserable while they troubleshooted and made excuses. Still couldn't admit their mistake when they realized they used the wrong house plans for the design, and when 4 other companies verified the unit was undersized for our house. Installed a new AC last month (from a different company) and have had zero issues, it's keeping us nice and cool. $12,000 mistake for us and would never recommend them to anyone as they do not back their product or installation.

Just had my hvac system serviced today and was very pleased. The man was very professional and knowledgeable and was in and out within an hour! House is cooled and we are extremely happy. He gave us tips on how to maintain our system better. We will definitely be using again. Also price was very reasonable
