Avoid if you care about your mental health Pros:if you enjoy being recorded 24/7, being criticised daily, and are looking for a dead end job, this will be perfect for you! Cons:super toxic and hostile work environment. the bosses are arrogant and rude and cannot take any form of criticism. you will be made fun of daily and they will pass it off as a “joke” but it’s actually high key offensive. they will also criticise what you eat for lunch so employees tend to hide food to avoid it. the male boss will have spats of anger where he would throw bins across the room if they are not emptied so watch out for that. you will sign a contract where your block out periods are stipulated however they will change this to suit them even if it means 8 months of the year being considered a “block out.” also there is no career progression as the company is not growing. Advice to Management:Hire professionals and step down

Traumatising Pros:The people who work there but most people quit anyway so nothing. Cons:Super toxic and unprofessional work environment. Owner talks badly about employees and encourages gossiping.

Save yourself & don’t work here Pros:Occasional work lunch / dinners Cons:Toxic work culture and favouritism among staff, unorganised & narcissist husband/wife owners that are have horrible communication between them and utilise intimidation to staff. Also don’t fulfil career progression expectations

Refunds/exchanges I purchased the Romy dress in XS. Unfortunately it did not fit my bust properly. I attempted to return this item for refund since an exchange would not suit my body. I tried to contact the label by making an international call to Australia. (I live in California). I left a voicemail stating that I had attempted to return the item but the app was not verifying my purchase. After that I was contacted by a representative who stated that I would be assisted in returning the item after a vacation (I was at the airport about to board a flight when contacted). This did not happen. I tried one last time and instead of dealing with the hassle, I have a dress that I paid a significant amount of money for that is still packaged. This is an unfortunate event. Had costumer service been better I would have continued to pay for what I thought was one of a kind purchases. Never again. Unless you know exactly how something is going to fit, take your business elsewhere.

Dodgy and unprofessional Pros:Co-workers seemed nice, role seemed good to develop skills as an entry-level role into fashion. Cons:Unprofessional management. I was offered the job after completing a trial and told I would be given a contract which they never did. They told me I would do a 4 week training period for the position and told me that they would let me know the roster for the next week. When I contacted to ask what the roster was on a Sunday night, I received an email saying that my "trial period" was unsuccessful and that I do not need to come in. I attempted to contact them to find out why I was unsuccessful and after ignoring me for two days and I had to mention the pay that they had not sent to me, they told me that they didn't have to tell me anything. At least they paid me. Management also seemed overbearing and controlling to their employees. Advice to Management:Do better.

Skip it Pros:Good co-workers, Easy work, work/life balance is good. Cons:Incompetent and unprofessional management that make mistakes and leave it to employees to cleanup their messes. employees surveilled through cameras, no room to grow. Owners frequently verbalize their hatred for their own customers. Oppressive work culture. Advice to Management:Sell the company to someone who knows what they're doing.
