Worst experience Worst experience. The attorney does not communicate at all, except for the first time to lure in customers. The staff lack knowledge and take too much time to communicate. They do not review the documents, nor correct them even after you point out the errors. Better to look for other attorneys.

I had my EB1A approval with the help of Alagiri Law Firm. I am pleased with the outcome of my case, and I have recommended Alagiri Law Firm to my friends who need NIW/EB1A support. Pros: - Unlike other attorneys who just copy and paste your support documents into a template, they actually read and think about it, and they will point out the places where they don't understand and need you to clarify. - The petition letter they wrote is well-structured and easy to understand, compared to others I found on the Internet. Cons: - It takes more time to complete the case than other assembly-line firms. For me, it takes five months to file the case. - The communication tool and response time weren't great before. They were using an internal web tool to communicate, and the UI was laggy and buggy. The response time could sometimes take days to reply. However, it improved significantly after my application was filed, as they switched to a new method of communication. - No approximate timeline provided in advance. For instance, providing an approximate timeline, such as filing the case in a certain month if everything goes smoothly, is a way to reduce the uncertainty.
