Phoned Aidan to get my phone booked in for a new charging port as I’d been having issues with charging my phone. I arrived and had a look at the phone and got out a pick tool, he advised it was just full of fluff and dirt. The chunk he fished out was crazy! After that he gave me my phone back and a charger to try it myself and it clicked in and was solid. No sideways movement or bad connection like I’d been having. He was honest with me, cleaned the port instead of having me pay to get a new part. Top tier honest work. If I do end up having an issue I know exactly where I’ll go again.

I posted it to him and received full updates throughout the process and he had the laptop fixed and back to me within a week, despite needing to order in the broken part. Aidan took great care of my Mac, Felt like I’d received a brand new one! The replacement display is genuine as you can see! Why replace something when it can be repaired at a fraction of the cost. I had a technical issue with a connection to a circuit board for the controls of an extractor fan. Following my enquiry it was repaired promptly and returned to service. Communications were timely and efficient which contributed to a first class service and one which I would highly recommend 👏👏
