Teresa is professional, warm and easy to communicate with. She was referred by one of her colleagues, and it was easy to set up the appointment online. The mobile service (especially on the weekend) made it so convenient. It's well-worth the small fee to complete the process. She made my first notary experience here on the Shoreline a breeze! Teresa handled our appointment with great class and communication even when she wasn’t having a great morning. Unfortunately on her way to her appointment she got a flat tire. She called us immediately and told us what she was dealing with. She updated us with a text once she was on her way in an Uber! Teresa was our notary for closing on a loan, she was professional and kind, and did a thorough job of explaining all the documents while also keeping the pace going so it didn’t take forever. She was even gracious and patient with our young kids running around during the process. Highly recommend her!!!

Our family needed some documents notarized and we decided on Teresa after looking at her positive reviews. She was wonderful to work with. She was prompt, friendly and efficient.
