I have been monitoring my home’s radon levels for the past year with Airthings Radon device. About 3 weeks ago the radon level increased from 2.1 pCi/L to 23.0 pCi/L. The levels then stayed between 11.0 to 18 pCi/L. After researching Google Reviews, I called Marcel from Airtight Radon Solutions and he answered the phone. I asked for a quote and he offered to come to my house that same morning. Marcel explained the mitigation system he uses and the 7 year warranty. The next week he installed the mitigation system in about 3.5 hours. The radon levels are now 0.5 pCi/L in my basement. The system cost $2,150 which is more than reasonable. Great experience and I highly recommend this company.

Marcel was responsive to calls/emails, and took the time to explain the process including why each step was being done. He's detailed oriented and planned the layout so the system would look neat. Prior to the installation my radon eye was reading up to 40, and after it was reading 2 and below. I would highly recommend Marcel.

A few weeks ago I bought a radon detector and found elevated radon levels in our basement of > 11. I contacted Marcel and within a few days he was out here taking a look around. The next day he sent me a mitigation plan and a quote. The next week he came here and installed the mitigation system exactly how he said he would. He answered all of my questions along the way, and took care in placing the system so it wouldn't be a hindrance to the other mechanical systems in the basement. The radon levels in our basement are < 2 now. I highly recommend Marcel to anyone. He came out, proposed a solution, implemented and tested it all in a few weeks. All for a good price as well. Five stars.

Airtight Radon was the 4th company we hired to handle the radon issues in our home. The first three were among the top providers in the state and all failed at reaching a solution. Each one rolled in touting how great they were, and promising an answer. Each one failed miserably and when confronted with the failure, wouldn't even return our calls. Then we found Airtight Radon. They were the first provider who actually listened to our situation and set about fixing the problem using science, instead of merely hooking up another fan and sending us a bill. After Airtight reviewed the problem and studied the situation and told us exactly what was causing the high radon level. They referred us to a water company to install a bubble up filter to remove the radon from our water. Turns out the radon wasn't in the air, only in the water. None of the other providers even tried that approach. Within days, the problem was solved. We were ready to walk away from the house and Airtight has given us our home back. Thanks, Marcel and team. You are the best.

Marcel exceeded my expectations in every way. My radon system broke down and he was able to repair it in no time at all! My system had parts that were discontinued but Marcel had no problem tracking down new compatible parts - and got it all repaired much faster than I expected! The tubing was also not attached to my home very well...but he noticed right away secured it properly. He was very kind/personable and truly went above and beyond for my family. Marcel did an amazing job setting up a radon mitigation system in our old home with "weird" basement floors. The work was done cleanly and quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me, and he was able to schedule us in soon after his estimate. He also didn't charge to provide an estimate, which I discovered is not always the case! He got our radon levels to below the average outside level, so I guess we are just never leaving our house!
