This is a revised review after being subjected to their Air Tech installation crew. The installation was one of the absolute worst experiences of contractors I've ever had. I purchased two four ton units. You know how expensive that is. First they couldn't figure out where the breakers were to turn off the units. They "Tried" several breakers that didn't work. I admit My breakers are not well documented. While they were flipping my breakers on and off they set my alarm system off. Things went downhill from there. Both of my alarm panels started beeping constantly. The Air tech representative, Vincent, refused to admit that it could possibly be due to the fact that they were messing with the breakers although ADT told me that was absolutely what happened. They also Tried to leave with my panels constantly beeping. I had to call the manager At 7 o'clock at night to get him to instruct them to disconnect my alarm panels. I still don't have them fixed. As mentioned below, Michael is fantastic. Mauricio is fantastic. Vincent needs to get another job. The picture below is the way Vincent thought the problem should be rectified. I was very happy to meet Michael Krokrich today and feel as though I got an exceptional assessment of my HVAC system. Plan to do business again soon.

The plumbing technician, Mr. Pierce, kept me informed of his arrival and arrived within the promised time frame. He was professional, efficient in his inspection, and also donned shoe covers to protect the floors in my asian home. He proved to have a wealth of knowledge on everything plumbing related. He even inspected things I did not even know existed in my household plumbing. He shared the pros & cons of each discussed option along with detailed quotes for my review. Mr. Pierce did a great job, resulting in a great experience for this customer. Keep up the great work.
