We have had AirTeam as our HVAC contractor for over 15 years and have always been very pleased with their service but this time they outdid themselves. Both our units are over 15 years old and when one went out last week we decided to replace them both. AirTeam's response was amazing. I met with Mazdak on Tuesday to discuss the options and to finalize the plan, and at 8am the next morning (Wednesday) a six-man team (led by Giovanni) showed up and went to work. By 8pm that night we had all new Trane systems up and running and the house was totally cool. Adan, their Quality Control supervisor, was back at our house today (Friday) to perform a final check and inspection of the systems and to educate me on the new state-of-the-art thermostats (they are amazing!). We could not be more pleased with the whole experience and will be recommending them every chance we get.

Johnny Nguyen and Adan were Bad@$$. They didn’t guess they didn’t fumble, they knew EXACTLY what to look for and handled everything with care and respect and professionalism. It was pouring down rain but that didn’t stop Johnny. He got it done and had my A/C working again in less than an hour. GREAT JOB GUYS!!! Thank you!!!!

Mr Ricardo Saldana is our HERO! We returned from a weekend trip to a house with an AC that did not work. Husband and I tried to troubleshoot it— but ultimately, we had to call for help. We called late afternoon and wasn’t expecting anybody to come out and help on a Sunda. BUT— Mr Ricardo showed up and fixed the problem in under an hour— on a SUNDAY NIGHT YALL! 😳 talk about “above and beyond” 🎉 Thank you Mr Ricardo for fixing our AC!!

Very fast service! They were able to squeeze us in to check out what was wrong with our system. Johnny N. was our tech and he was very kind, polite, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix our system very fast (under an hour). Gave his professional recommendation and wasn’t pushy about us getting it. I could feel our house was cooling before I even paid.
