Normally, I do a lot of my own work and routine maintenance on my car. When it comes to suspension and alignments, however, that isn’t something I have the capability to do myself. When it finally came time to replace my control arms and my rear air suspension, I chose to take my car (and my parts) to Airpark Auto Clinic. Everything was super easy from start to finish, and they were able to do the job in less than two days from the time I dropped it off. The price for the labor was fair, considering it’s North Scottsdale. Overall, I’m satisfied with the work that they did.

My daughter's air-conditioning died midway across Southern California last week. You guys got her first thing Monday morning and had her car repaired with a new blower motor out that afternoon. She is very happy. Service writers pay attention and your mechanics are awesome. I no longer go to the dealer for any reason.

I recently brought my car to Airpark Auto Clinic for an A/C issue and had a great experience. Ted, the service manager, was able to schedule my appointment promptly, which I really appreciated since the problem needed attention quickly.
The service was fast and efficient. The team clearly explained what went wrong and what caused the issue, so I fully understood the repair process. Even better, they were able to fix the problem the same day, which was a huge relief.
I want to thank Ted, Nicholas and the entire staff for their professionalism, clear communication, and excellent customer service.
