Grassman ran into our heatpump and it couldn't be repaired. AirNow came early Sunday morning and replaced the heatpump and inside unit and was gone by noon. There was three technicians, one replaced the outside unit while another replaced the inside unit, then master technician made all the connections and finalized the job. Everything was explained in how it works, what to expect and instructions on how to operate it. This is our second unit with AirNow, first was 20 years old with no issues. I highly recommend them. But wish they would get rid of the AI thing tat takes the call and creat the ticket, hard to work with

I reached out to customer service with AirNow. Made contact with Laura, main office in Texas. She worked closely with me, setting the example for being the epitome in customer service. My needs were handled professionally as well as promptly. Although I did pay for Freon which was pricey & unexpected the GM was reasonable as well as understandable. He gave me a 15% discount for going in to see him to explain my dilemma. The coils on my AC system were leaking. Discovered during quarterly maintenance visits.

Update to my original review....Unbelievably bad service and management and very expensive. I had a new AC unit installed and approximately 9 months later I discovered a small leak that stained my ceiling. Upon inspection of my ducting in the attic, I discovered that it was disconnected in several places. Apparently when they installed the new unit they were careless in the attic and completely wrecked my ducting. They had to know what they did. It would be impossible to cause this much damage and not know it happened. Yet, they walked away and left it all torn up. Air from my new unit was pouring out into my attic over the whole summer causing my unit to work extra hard and surely increasing my power bill significantly. I called the office and asked to speak with a manager. After calling back repeatedly because nobody ever followed up with me, I finally got in touch with a manager after 4 weeks. Communication with that manager, Kevin Wilson, ever since has been sporadic and he has basically ghosted me at this point. I've sent several emails since October with no response. Three different guys had to come to my house to correct the issue, taking up way too much of my time. It took over 4 months to get the sheetrock repaired which is done by a company AirNow has subcontracted out to. This company was equally terrible. First, they also took forever to follow up with me to schedule the appt. Then, when the did finally reach out they suggested doing the work on Christmas Eve. I told them no and we set a date for a few days after Christmas…which they cancelled the morning of the appointment. Rescheduled for a later date and they tried to cancel again! This all took well over 4 months and I am extremely dissatisfied with Air Now. The service from Air Now has gotten progressively worse. I have no idea how they have an overall 4.9 star rating. For everyone’s awareness, this is not a local company either. Air Now is owned by a venture capital firm in San Francisco and they seem to be only about the money. A few of the service techs who came here even said as much. Overall terrible experience and I do not recommend Air Now.
