Great …. and persistent customer service when needed. Many bumps in the road and much creative damage limitation when the multi city booking had to be cancelled due to an error in naming. Scott was always on his game seeking possible itineraries … and pulled a rabbit out of the hat when we were staring down a major cost increase when had to reset our tickets. Scott delivers again We’ve used Scott a few times now. His experience is demonstrated in his efficiency at finding routes and costings quickly- the quotes and the refining process make the booking experience palatable. He listens to what we want and helps us plan accordingly. We’ve only just booked next flights so will do a follow up on return.
