Melanie at Airfare Geeks has looked after our family for about 7 years or more now. With our sons studying in the US, she helped with all their flights, and many more complicated RTW flights for my European husband visiting family, and for me as well. And she helped us manage international flights at short notice during the pandemic and when a family member was ill in Europe.
Melanie is so approachable, responsive, and organised. Most recently she booked us on flights, already knowing that my husband prefers an aisle seat!! Incredible attention to detail and prepared to find the best deals and combination of flights.
It is so much better to use Melanie, knowing we can get in touch with her if there was a connection problem or something. I can WhatsApp her with confidence that she will help in an emergency. Highly recommend her (& Airfare Geeks).

Can't recommend Danny more highly. Our usual experience of agents is delays, unreturned calls and so forth. Danny was frighteningly quick and responsive. Sorted out a complicated RTW itinerary in a few hours, happy to amend to suit us better and gave us good advice re visas etc. Overall, a very positive experience.

We have the perfect itinerary for our trip to Italy this year, and the fares are much less expensive than any other business class ticket we have purchased in the past. Contacted Airfare Geeks following positive referral from a friend, and have just booked 7 week family round the world trip for late 2024/early 2025. Tania has just been wonderful and made the whole process so easy - she has a great customer friendly attitude. From the initial conversation Tania understood our itinerary, airline preferences and budget, put together costed options, and was super responsive in returning emails and calls. I can't point to anything that would have improved the process for us.

Fantastic service. Was very skeptical when they were recommended to me but surpassed my expectations. Provided very affordable multi city business class flights with a couple of shorter legs in economy. It was a complicated combination of countries but they were definitely up for the challenge. Gave me a couple of options using different airlines. I'm very impressed and very happy. Michael was the agent assigned to me and he has been available to chat with 24 x 7. Highly recommend!
