Sometimes things don't go to plan....On this occasion Royal Mail tracked service appeared to have misplaced my ordered item in one of their sorting facilities. Contacted Aire Velo who very kindly sent out a replacement overnight. You can't ask for better service than that. Highly recommend for both items sold and customer service!
ordered a Wahoo Kickr Belt 2018 en later 940J8 (370J8) Polyvee Belt. It doesn't even fit, it's to short. I've got a v6 kickr core (2022)

Hi Dries, apologies the belt didn't fit your Wahoo Kickr, have you contacted support about this before posting this review? Seems a bit harsh to give 1 star when we haven't even had a chance to rectify the issue for you.
We do offer 2 versions for this trainer, did you order the right version? One is for 2014-2017 & the other is for 2018 onwards. We have sold over 50 of these belts without issue.
Please contact support@airevelobearings.com along with your order number so we can get this resolved for you.
If we manage to resolve the issue I hope you will come back & update this review to reflect that.

Helpful advice and prompt delivery- unfortunately the factory sealed bearing kit was missing a component (not their fault). My issue was dealt with over the phone and the missing part was promptly delivered. Refreshing to deal with actual customer service.

I use Aire Bearings a lot as I repair bikes in my spare time. 100% of the time most items in stock and generally if I order before 3pm they are on the doorstep the following day. Can not fault them, highly recommend.

Great bearing shop. I use them for my business, Brentford Bicycle Works. It is easy to search for the bearings by size and they always seem to have eveything in stock. Postage is prompt. My go-to for cycle bearings. Thanks guys!
